If I could give zero stars I would. I paid $352 dollar for this botch job. I called today to see if someone could fix it and was told that I would have to go to the same person who messed it up. I was in the chair for 5 1/2 hours and this is what I got. Who wants to go back to the same person who did a terrible job to fix it. She was a very sweet lady but this hair is a mess. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. I usually don’t really care to much, it’s just hair but I can’t even pull my hair back now. And the fact that they feel like oh well, not my problem, is CRAZY! Aren’t you supposed to try to keep your customers and get new ones, this is not how you do that. Worst birthday present ever! Worst salon ever! Do not go to RGS find somewhere else!

Friendly staff. I really enjoy Brittany doing my hair. She is amazing!! It is very friendly and you feel welcomed in there. Everyone talks to everyone. They do amazing jobs on your hair. My hair for my date I had on January 25, 2020.

I can't say enough how amazing Amanda is. She does an amazing job every time I go to her. I have only been going to her for years now because hairdressers in the pass never get my hair right. They either cut it way to short or they can get my side bangs right and they just lay there without blending in. Amanda dyed my hair black and I wanted blue, teal, and purple added to my hair, I call it peacock color or oil slick hair if you dont know what it is looks like just type that in and it will come right up. It took 7 hours to do because I have so much hair and it is very thick and curly. I am so freaking happy with it. She is absolutely amazing. If you go here try to get an appointment...

So I went here today my appointment was at 2 and I didn’t leave the salon until 5:20. I didn’t get what I wanted at all. Like she didn’t even get the color throughout my whole head. There is still some spots that are still yellow all through my hair. I was going for a little bit darker root with a platinum for the rest. What she did of the “platinum” looks purple more then the grey like it’s supposed to be. Then when she started cutting my hair with layers they are so choppy. It literally looks the same as when I went in the salon. I spent $154. Wouldn’t recommend going to Cheri...
