I shopped at this Sephora today and the sales rep ignored me. When I asked if she had any mascara samples, she said they don’t have samples to give out. Very disappointing. I could’ve shopped on the Sephora app & received a bag of samples, plus saved my fuel & used free shipping for my “Rouge” status. The total experience was a letdown.
Fast forward 24 hours later… I went back to return one of the hair products I bought. I spoke to Lori (I think she was a manager) and told her about my experience.
