Let's start from saying this is not the worst place to work at, but it does need a lot of improvement. Workers have to eat at the backyard with not air conditioning, full of flies and lack of hygiene. Office staff get priority in everything, even in the parking spot. Production staff suffers discrimination and gets blame for all mistakes. Old workers have to do training to floating staff without getting pay for it. Also, if any floating employee complains about their trainers, they don't get a chance to defend themselves and get blame on the spot. Manager gets manipulated by office staff which is creating a lot of tension between workers. Things are getting so bad that now they are forcing worker to write nice reviews. As I said at the beginning it's not the worst place, owners and manager do treat their employees with respect.
