Came in for Saturday dinner and it is lightly attended. The decor is simple and in theme but welcoming. Be fore warned, this place is small and if it gets popular, it will fill quickly. The menu is very basic (it's ramen! Basic is best!) and has miso, chicken broth, pork broth or Japanese Curry (pictures) for the ramen and then you pick your protein. I opted for chicken and added an additional half boiled egg for $1. (Pictured) The staff is friendly and the ramen comes out quick (5-7 minutes). The utensils you eat with are correct for Japan as a note. The ramen was excellent and the curry is only mildly spicy. Overally it is the best noodle bowl you will find in the area. There are appetizers and other menu items but the ramen is wayyyy enough if you are alone with no one to share appetizers with. I will have to looks at desserts the next time around.

About the Ramen Place: Situated in a beautiful plaza, this ramen spot offers a charming ambiance with a kiosk outside for easy ordering. About the Experience: During our visit, we opted for the tonkatsu ramen and spicy miso ramen, accompanied by sakura rose boba tea. While the pork chashu in the tonkatsu ramen was delightful, the broth lacked the depth of flavor expected. The spicy miso ramen fared slightly better in terms of broth, although the vegetables could have been cooked more thoroughly. Additionally, the boba tea, while enjoyable, seemed to lack the agar boba promised. Overall, the experience was decent, but it fell short of our expectations set by the appealing Google images. With room for improvement in flavor and consistency, this ramen place earns a three-star rating.

I am not a fan of ramen and my husband loves it. This has made for a lot of difficulties when he is in the mood for some Ramen. I have finally found a place that I not only can deal with but, I get excited about! This is, hands-down, the best Ramen I have ever had. The Boba tea is also the best we’ve ever tried. The restaurant itself is clean and beautiful, and the location is in a really nice shopping center with a lot of other options in case you have teenagers like us who don’t dig soup. The service has been excellent every time we come. I discovered this place less than a month ago and have been here three times already. The only thing I can say negative about it is that the music isn’t always the best. But honestly, I don’t even care. It’s worth it - 10 out of 10 recommend!

Ordered from Ubereats, I ordered the Ramen with spicy miso and chicken and the shrimp dumplings. The dumplings were hot and tasted good. The spicy miso sauce was served on the side of the entrée and was hot. The entrée itself was served cold. There was a very small paper thin slice of chicken, this mind you was 18.00. I added salt because there wasn’t much flavor. I called and spoke with the manager and she informed me that’s how they send it for delivery and should be microwaved. I’m not accustomed to having to heat my meal when I eat as soon as it’s delivered, and what if I didn’t own a microwave? Actually there are people who don’t. Or what if I ordered while on my break from work and had no access? Strange! Also about the almost non existent chicken, mgr said that’s how they serve it and that they charge more for Ubereats. Talk about inflation! Some noodles with a few things in them for 18 bucks! I’ve ordered meals for 18.00 or less from Ubereats that actually are quite large portions so this is a definite ripoff. I’m going to need a protein shake now as I haven’t had nearly the daily requirement for dinner! I was asked if I had ever dined at the restaurant before and I have not, this was my first and last time. I think she thought I should know what to expect. Literally if I had known I would have ordered from somewhere else, maybe that doesn’t make me cool or trendy however I like to actually receive some value for the...

Wood One Ramen is hands down the best ramen I’ve ever had — not just in Miami, but anywhere in the U.S. This place is truly a hidden gem and an absolute must-visit for anyone who loves flavorful, soul-warming food served in a beautiful and uplifting atmosphere.

The interior is stylish and unique, with an artistic, almost magical vibe. Whether you choose to sit inside or enjoy the cozy outdoor seating, the environment is always welcoming. They play great, positive music, and the staff is incredibly friendly — it feels like you’re visiting good friends every time you come in.

The menu is impressively diverse. I personally come here often and always order the Tonkotsu Ramen — it’s absolutely addictive. But there’s so much more to try! The shrimp shumai is delicate and delicious, and the kimchi cabbage is packed with flavor. I’m already looking forward to trying the Unagi Donburi dish in the future!

They also serve refreshing bubble tea, which is the perfect complement to the meal.

To top it all off, the owner himself is often present and shares the inspiring story of how he started this place — it adds such a personal touch to the whole experience.

Wood One Ramen is not just a restaurant — it’s an experience. A true...

Manager is super stupid! I’ve ordered just 3 not spicy soups. He put on table 2 and said it’s spicy. I kept one because I was very hungry but my parents don’t eat spice at all so I ask to bring them NOT SPICY as I ASKED before. So in the middle of dining I noticed that my dad soup is spicy by the color! 2 plates of his and my mom soup were close to each other and I definitely could see one in yellow and one is orange(which is spicy). So this guy been so smart and just tried to bring us the same MISTAKE soup again? The funny thing after I asked him what’s going on and why soups are different (again I asked 3 non spicy) he said I came outside and asked if you are ok. You said yes. SOOOOO while I’m eating egg or noodles from the soup definitely I’m ok and can’t feel spicy broth. Omg this guy said he is manager and I can’t talk to nobody else😂 on top he said pay and leave and you are not welcome anymore. I’m in shock. So I came and ordered 100+ from this place and manager telling me leave for his mistakes? I told him to leave from the country and planet with this service and attitude has.VERY DISAPPOINTED!...
