Kohl's — Local services in Hamden

Beyond done with kohl’s! Placed an online order last week that should have been delivered to the store Branford store for pick up. When my confirmation email never came I called and they had no record of my order and told me to call the online department. I called the online department who told me they show my order delivered to the store and have my call the store back with them on the line the store then tells them they won’t send me confirmation until they package it it’s know been 24 hours and they STILL have not packaged the item for me to pick up. The same night I place an order online again to be picked up in 2 hours at the Hamden location. After four hours of no confirmation I call to see when my order will be ready, their response was well it’s really busy so idk when it will be ready probably not until tomorrow. WHY OFFER TWO HOUR PICKUP if it is not available?!? I’ve worked in retail many years and the lack of customer service and dedication to happy customers baffles me! Kohl’s has lost...

Update: I'm totally hooked on this store now. I started going here to return my Amazon merchandise that didn't fit, or it wasn't what I expected. They always give me a five dollar coupon and a twenty % off coupon. (I believe that you can use either or). Now, how can I walk out of the store without at least buying something. It never happened. So recently, I applied for their credit card and got approved. There are so many more bargains and ways to earn cash to purchase items online or in the store. I bought a lot of merchandise online, and it gets delivered directly to my front door. You can't beat that convenience. ----‐---------------‐-- I returned a bunch of things that I ordered on Amazon. It's so convenient. I got $5.00 Kohl's cash and used it at the store while I was there. They have so many beautiful items in the store. It's super clean and the cashiers...

Monet at sephora is awesome. Despite being busy she helped me a lot with foundation matching and overall made me feel comfortable and welcome. All the sephora workers are great every time I go, but monet was extra today and saved me so much time and money showing me all the sales! (And i know they were very busy today with store duties!) I recommend this sephora. The staff here is always so awesome. The other kohls staff outside of the sephora area are always so nice too. They're knowledgeable about the store and the products and I never have an issue here. Definetly my preferred kohls. Keep it up, customer service is hard but know there are consumers out there that appreciate good sales associates. It hurts to spend money but your staff makes it hurt less and has helped me save so many times with coupons, suggestions and product reviews to help me pick the right...
