DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. I toured many facilities before finally picking kids r kids in maineville Ohio . When I setup a tour the facility was clean , the infant and toddlers were separated, the staff was super friendly, and I loved that there was going to be cameras. Fast forward to actually starting there it was a nightmare from the start. They leave the infants and toddlers in the same space unless they know a tour is coming then theyâll separate them. Which wouldnât to be to bad if the toddlers werenât crawling on the infants. In the morning if you watch the cameras more often than not they have 1 teacher in there with 11 children for an extended period of time. However thatâs the not the worst part; my child only attended there for less than three weeks because of the poor care for the children; there were multiple times I picked my child up and she was not fed because apparently she ârefusedâ to eat (and they never called me to let me know , mind you my child is less than 4 months old , meaning she went 9 hours without eating) my child didnât have her diaper change per their policy of every two hours; She was left for 6 hours before being changed. How do I know all of this, the teachers would WRITE IT DOWN . Yes they write all of this down showing their breaking their own policies. When you call to question the staff they will not let you speak to the teachers and no one in management is even aware or communicates what is going on with one another. Avoid this daycare at all cost especially if you have a infant, the staff will act like they care, but they truly do not care for you child. I have all the forms showing the stuff they did when she attended, it will look nice and seem like a great place but youâll regret it...

Our daughter had been attending Kids R Kids Maineville since early summer of â19 at just 8 weeks old. Those first few years things were great and we loved everything about it.
In fall of â22 things started going downhill. We noticed our daughter was getting a lot of screen time at school. At almost 4 years old, she was QUOTING SpongeBob. We have never had spongebob on in our home. The fact that she was quoting it just proves how often they were watching Tv.
In spring of â23 we also enrolled our new son. At just 8 weeks old, they had in a room with 2 year olds that were walking around. Nothing like dropping off your infant into a room full of mobile toddlers with snot pouring out of their noses, running up and touching all on him and taking his bink.
On top of that, we also had issues with the new owners and director, Sam. The communication was abysmal at best. Policies were changed without communicating that to the parents/other staffers. It was pathetic.
We finally pulled our kids out and sent them to a different company. When the assistant director, Cindy, was made aware that we were withdrawing, her reaction was âwhy is everybody leaving us!?!â. I believe this is why they donât have a waitlist and hosted their recent open house event.
I truly do hope things improve, but itâs quite obvious that they are bribing current families/employees to spam their reviews with 5 stars. Itâs...
Read moreWe loved Kids R Kids for about 3 1/2 years. Once they got new owners in the fall of 2022, things went downhill quickly. Programs were discontinued (such as soccer shots), TV time was way too much during the day, tuition went up immensely, the staffing was a huge issue (kids were constantly in different rooms than they were supposed to be), policies changed without communication to BOTH staff and parents, etc. My daughter was supposed to be in preschool/pre-K and she didnât even know how to spell her name or recognize letters or numbers. Instead she was quoting TV shows like SpongeBob. Sheâs been in a new school since July and now knows how to write her name, recognize SIGHT WORDS, learned about the solar system, animals, body parts and how they work, math, etc. Kids R Kids shouldnât be considered a school. They boast about their curriculum, but they donât have one. We loved the teachers, but the new owners ruined Kids R Kids. From what Iâve seen, tons of families and staff have left and itâs not just the Maineville location. Stay...
