My complaint is about a white lady with glasses, what an unpleasant lady. I took a pair of leggings and where I took them it said 9 dollars and the leggings cost 22. Well, I said I didn't want them when my husband saw that she was going to put them on a clothesline. My husband doesn't know much. English simply said, "Hey, this isn't right." I'll buy it. Well, the old lady, since she doesn't like her job, took it as if my spy spoke badly to her and told her not to talk to her like that. Well, me, pregnant and a little sensitive, said I didn't want to buy anything. In the end, that rude woman called the manager. I spoke with the manager, she was very kind, she apologized. I decided not to buy anything because where I spend my money, I don't allow anyone to treat me badly. If you're so sensitive and take it badly just because someone says, "Hey, you," then get another job because the way you treated me from the moment I stood in front of you, looking at me sideways and rudely, as if you were better than everyone else, that's my complaint. I hope you hire someone who doesn't feel superior to others. I thought the lady was very racist because since I stopped hearing people speaking Spanish, I don't treat people badly. And even less so when I'm with my daughters. I don't accept mistreatment from anyone because then my daughters grow up and think that this racism from that woman is normal. Read moreJust a very bad shopping experience here. They did not have a shirt in my size and wanted to see if it is available at another store. Was sent to kiosk and told to scan the item. LoL... After scanning and trying barcode would not come up... Finally got a person from customer service to try and help. Took her a while but she then said you cannot check another store have to order online for delivery from kiosk. But this time their were plenty of people behind me in line to use the kiosk.
Was told you have to enter all information including credit card information to see if the kohls 15 dollar coupons would work the customer service person said they should on under armour but sometimes they don't. Since I am not the fastest at the kiosk and with that line getting much longer I gave up in disgust!!!
Just felt like the employees wanted you to shop on line even with you are in the store trying to shop. Some of us like to try stuff on and aren't the best doing things online but Kohl's seems to not care anymore!! Sad used to like shopping at Kohl's...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Gianna was incredibly disappointing due to her unprofessional and outright rude behavior. When I expressed that I didn’t like the shade she selected for me, she walked away without a word and, under her breath, called me a derogatory name before storming off. Another beauty advisor had to step in to assist me. This is not the first unpleasant encounter I’ve had with her—each interaction has been equally negative. It is clear that she does not want to be working there, and unfortunately, she takes that attitude out on customers, making their shopping experience miserable. Due to her continued rudeness, not only will I no longer be shopping at this location, but multiple family members have also decided to take their business elsewhere. I strongly urge management to address her behavior, as no customer should have to deal with such unprofessionalism.
