One thing that I rate a restaurant on is there restroom’s. This restaurant fail on all accounts. It was the filthiest restroom I have ever been in. Worse than an old gas station restrooms. Your restaurant was under staff and no Manager in site. We were there for about an hour and half and no employee or management staff checked the restrooms. Your order taker was one of the good ones, very knowledgeable about the products. Very quick and taken our orders and very helpful explaining the food items. The food came out over 20 minutes which we could understand because of short staff. You would think the manager would have been helping out in the front of the house to make sure his customers were taken care and not hiding in the back. Our order was rush out to us and was wrong. The runner was sorry and fixed it for us. He was so over work he was throwing the food on the tables and not placing them. No help from any one not even the manager. When leaving the hostess didn’t even say a word. When we got there she had no greeting for us and not a word at our table. Very poorly trained and a very poor representation for Red Robbin. You guys are losing customers do to poor management and higher ups. You need to make the customers feel like your glad to see them, and serve them in most possible friendliest way you can, even if you are short handed. Will I come back maybe, but not any time soon. You guys know a lot of other places are serving Hamburgers and French fries too. I have been working in the hospitality for over 29 years in Management and supervision so I know a little about the Business. Clean your restrooms like your business depends...
Read moreTo say it was a disaster is an understatement.
My party of 6 came in on the week night of 11/19/24 to the Mays Landing, New Jersey location to support a local schools fundraising event.
It was a disaster. I would expect the staff would have known about this fundraiser before hand.
What should have been a relatively enjoyable experience turned into watching a Jerry Springer Show episode being tapped. The restaurant was not full with ample room to accommodate the several larger parties that should up in relative succession.
While not every staff member appears to be “in the weeds”, our particular server “Robin or Veronica” was terrible!
She greeted us after sitting for about ten minutes. She gave us a basket of cold, over cooked fries and stale nacho chips in attempt to hold us over.
After another twenty minutes or so, our order came by another staff member. Half our order was wrong as our server did not write down anything when taking our order. I expressed our frustrations with the order being wrong to the other server. The other server appeared to know exactly what the problem was and did not seem surprised at all, as this behavior from our particular server seemed to be a regular issue.
The “corrected order” came back wrong again and the male manager threw the plate of food on the table and walked away. There was no apology given.
I have never experienced this in any restaurant before, even with a full restaurant.
Other major chain restaurants such as Texas Roadhouse always deliver excellent service with every table full with a ten or so minute wait!
I will not be...

Do not go to the young blonde waitress that served us on national cheeseburger day! Me and my mother decided to go to Red Robin in honor of national cheeseburger day. When we got there the waitress took our orders and we immediately noticed she wasn’t bringing other people’s food orders out to the table. She was taking food orders and letting other servers bring her food out for her. As a result it took us 40 minutes to get our cold burger and fries. Another table seated after us got their food before we got ours. us and they got their food before we did. The other customer’s server was older than the one we had. When our server told us she was going to check on the food 40 minutes had already passed. At that point we decided to leave because we knew the burgers and fries would be cold. That’s exactly what happened! She didn’t even bring our food out. A different gentleman had to bring our food out for us. our cheeseburgers were cold and the fries were cold. We called the manager over and said we weren’t paying for the food and we walked out and ended up going to The White House sub shop for cheesesteaks instead in Atlantic City driving through a storm that we could’ve avoided if our time wasn’t wasted. We wasted 2 hours there. I wanted a hot cheeseburger and this server ruined our meal on national cheeseburger day because she doesn’t care about her customers at all. She does not want to serve food to customer that’s why she didn’t do it. She needs to find another job. I will no longer be going to that Red Robin ever...
