Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hampton

So we just picked up our $30 shorted our order. By 2 chips and cheese clearly ordered and on the pick up ticket and ordered 14 mild sauce packets also on the pickup ticket. Ordered online. Picked it up even ask specifically is the napkins and sauce packets in the bag. "Yeah" was the answer given by the guy on the front line. Gave the benefit of the dought. Didnt look. Got to our hotel. No nachos no sauce and no napkins.... Really? Wow. People Check your orders dont trust the help I'm sure they do have some employees that care but the guy that handed the order apparently does not. It only takes one.....Attention to detail is everything when dealing with customers By the way, I worked for Taco Bell in two different states guess I need to contact corporate and hopefully the District manager can bring this one up to standard. And other customers should bo, need to hound corporate until this poor customer service is corrected. If it were my store I'd be holding a serious meeting with all employees. It's not a difficult job. Busy yes you have to stay focused you are in the eye...

Wish I could make this up... I ordered a quesadilla and some other items. I waited for my food.. staff was rude did not say hi or greet me. Once I paid for the food they gave me my order with missing items.. so then I waited... the whole staff was looking at me in the drive through. Staring at me in a rude mannner and not asking if I needed help. After 5 minutes of waiting. I was helped.. but not because I was waiting, only because the person that was handling my food took a cigarette break and asked if I could lend him a lighter. Once I lended him a lighter he then waved the employees down to help me out. Poor customer service and poor sanitation! Taco Bell corporate should be aware of this behavior and I’m pretty sure they took my review down. I will keep posting this until I...

I normally don't write reviews. Wednesday night around 730pm. We ordered food and we sat down to eat. My son started to eat some cinnamon twist and they tasted so bad. I went and told the man behind the counter. I said maybe the grease needs to be changed he laughed and said oil!! Lol hello its the same thing. He gave me a new bag and said sorry. As I was waiting the manager on duty had two other men he knew who was getting free food taste them and said taste these she said they are bad. Kinda made me feel like I was in the wrong and embarrassed. Whatever if they sre bad they are bad left a nasty taste in my mouth point blank period. Train your staff better and...
