I called this store looking for a specific style. The young lady on the phone didn’t seem to have much experience on how to look up an item. So as I made some suggestions on how to find the item, she was also talking to her boss in the background. I don’t know what her boss’s issue was but the lady told her to tell me to just come in to the store. I explained I was in another state and couldn’t do that. Her boss then told her to hang up the phone on me!!! Terrible business!!!!!...

I was looking for a jumpsuit to wear to an event. I picked out 2 and wanted to try them on, but the lady working told me I couldn’t try one on because it’s “one size fits all” which is honestly ridiculous.
