Just want to let you all know this place is Shady!! Be careful with what they charge!! I was just there and I asked for a fill and to get my nails shortened and the old lady there said $45 for fill and $5 extra for making them shorter! I agreed and I told her form the beginning I wanted French tip, (no color) as I was tired of color already. So sure enough they shortened my nails and did the French tip. When I was going to pay the old lady said it was $65 and she would give me a $5 discount?!? I said. No, you said $45 plus $5. Total is $50. She said it was $15 and xtra for French tip and she was giving a discount. I said. Noooo. I’m only paying $50 as i specified exactly what I wanted done and that’s exactly what you did. For the price you told me at the beginning. So the lady started speaking their language and was loud so I think she was talking smack. But it is what it is. They need to let you know it’s extra for something if they are doing it so you have the option to say no. Not just assume it’s okay to do it and charge extra. Also. As I was there a lady walked in and got a pedicure done. She asked the price and the old lady said $35. So she did them. When she was charged at the front she was told she had to pay $45 and the client was unhappy and asked why!?! The old lady said because it’s $10 extra for the rocks! Wtf are they thinking. They give prices and charge way more than what they say. And honestly I’m giving 1 star ⭐️ because I did like how my nails turned out. But definitely will not ever ever ever be back there.

That is a shady way to steal their customers money. I’m sure they just lost two new customers. Smh. And SHAME on them!

I usually visit this location after work because it's easier and faster than driving back home because they would be closed already. It took a bit long though about 2 hours and 20 mins for a pedi and full set gels. The younger girl helped me on my toes and gave me suchhh a good and long massage to compensate for their broken spa chair, when many places barely touch your skin. She even made small talk which was nice.. and the other girl helped with my collin nails. She really takes her time which I really like was the shape turned out beautifully! She was very nice too and asked me about my life and so on! I learned she has worked there for 10 years so she definitely has a experience! With that being said, they do a good job and take their time considering that they job must be exhausting! And they are very NICE when you tell them about something you don't like.. like a croaked nail, or polish not fully coveringm the nail! It's extremely disappointing to see the poor rating people give them sense they have no problem fixing an issue BEFORE they finish the job. They've done this for a long time, just speak up about WHAT YOU DO & DONT LIKE. They aren't going to bite. I get that some people don't want to be rude and just rather pay and not come back, but many people are just FIRST time comers. I have come here and had a great experience with everyone. But they don't have many staff or technicians, so If you want a quick service or in a rush don't go here. Want a meticulous or good job, go here and tell them how you want it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANDY AND ALANA FOR ACRYLIC NAILS. They done my nails perfectly every time just by a click of a photo. Andy doesn't talk much but his work...

MARCH 2014--I went in for a mani because I had a job interview the next day, the guy who did mine was rude, He put one of the nails on crooked and the cut my hand in 2 different spots, he rushed through putting the gel on and there are huge missing spots! He was squeezing my hand so hard I think he forgot it was attached to a person...He put the nails on and then where he should have been using a cutical cutter he USED HIS YELLOW DISGUSTING FINGERNAIL to PUSH BACK MY CUTICAL...Im pretty sure Im going to get some kind of infection just from that....he was using one of the rotary tools and kept sticking it on my fingers really hard and it was BURNING! I told him it was hot and he just laughed and did it a few more times..AND to top it all off a woman came in to get a pedi and he was doing my nails and ran over to her and stuck his hands into her FOOT WATER to wash his hands then went to the sink and ran them under water for like 3 seconds and then came back to me!!!!NO SOAP..After I got outside I could see so many bubbles in the nail and on top of it there were little flecks of GLITTER from somewhere that were INSIDE the nail...the place is dirty and he was using dirty materials, I should have just ran out of there as soon as I sat down, It was the WORST experience I have ever had with getting my nails done, Right now i am sitting here still trying to get glue out from under my nails because he didnt bother to get it off....I am 30 years old and it was really the worst I have ever seen!!!!
