I brought a ring in that was very important to me- the ring my grandfather had given my Grandmom for their 25th anniversary (they had been married over 60 years before they passed) and I was, for obvious reasons, nervous about letting just anyone resize it. I dropped the ring off feeling very confident in my decision to go here. Within the first few minutes I felt at home. Ashley found right away that the ring had been engraved, something no one in the family had noticed, and immediately double checked that I wanted to resize it, making sure I knew that resizing would ruin the engraving. The piece itself is more significant to me than the engraving, so we went ahead with the process. I was originally told a week but the time it took was WAY shorter, which was incredible. I got the ring back and they made it look like it was brand new. The customer service here is phenomenal. But above that, their attention to detail is amazing. I cannot say enough great things about these owners. They care about their clients and, obviously, strive to make a real connection with anyone who walks through their door.
