We have found our new jeweler!!! Absolutely WONDERFUL experience tonight!

We arrived about 15 minutes before closing time (yes, we were those people :/) and prepped our kiddo in the car that we had to make a quick selection bc they were closing soon. We were shopping for a special Pandora charm for our son to pick for his grandma’s bday. We would have never believed they were getting ready to close by their genuine kindness and attention to detail! The entire team working were so kind, helpful, and patient with him! Even going the extra mile of pulling them out to display them so he could see how they would look on the necklace. He is SOO excited to give his grandma the gift!!

Thank you to your team for making our visit so memorable! We will be back for sure!!

Huge shout out to Farley's Jewelers. My parent's celebrated 55 years of marriage this past July. And on September 5th my Dad passed away. My dad had to have his wedding band cut off a couple of years ago due to swelling in his fingers. So my mom and I took his wedding band to Farley's for them to repair it the other week. That's when one of the staff suggested a necklace be made with it. We then said she had her original wedding band and engagement ring at home that she didn't wear anymore because he had replaced them years ago. So we went back with her original wedding set and his. And they made the most beautiful necklace for her to cherish for the rest of her days. His wedding band, her wedding band, and the diamond out of her original engagement ring.I can't thank Eric and the rest of the wonderful staff at Farley's for this...

Eric was super patient with my wife and I picking out a ring and stones. He showed us many designs from a book. We picked several to view that we liked. He ordered all of them plus one he thought we would like. He worked with us to design the right one, showing us different sizes of stones for the setting never once did we feel we were being pushed or upsold. I was scared what the price would be since is was custom, but I was thrilled to know it was the same price as another stores case ring we looked at. My wife is very happy with her new ring and his team even resized my ring in house and cleaned it up nice. I definately recommend Farley's and I will be...
