As a physician-scientist and medical director with a focus on innovation in clinical training, I’ve had the opportunity not just to visit, but to directly help implement the CMA-AI program at Central Texas. What I witnessed on site reinforced exactly why this initiative matters. We are not teaching abstract concepts. We’ve introduced real, functional systems—from virtual reality simulations that mirror live clinical decision-making, to EHR-based documentation workflows that prepare students for day-one expectations in real healthcare settings. The most rewarding part has been watching the onsite instructors—some of whom had no prior exposure to these technologies—embrace this novelty with energy, professionalism, and purpose. Instructors have not only adapted—they've led. They’ve taken ownership of these tools, personalized the simulations for student needs, and embedded digital documentation training into their teaching with clarity and confidence. This kind of buy-in is critical, and it has become the foundation for the program’s early success. The students, in turn, are already showing signs of elevated readiness. They are learning to think like clinicians, document like professionals, and engage with digital tools that will define the next chapter of healthcare. This isn’t a program that’s waiting for the future—it’s preparing for it now. And I’m proud to have been part of its launch.

As a US Veteran, I’ve been in the automotive industry over 20+ years. Due to health issues, I had to turn to a new career field in a blink of an eye. I came across a post on social media about the opportunities of learning on electrical. I always loved working on it but ONLY on vehicles, heavy rigs, etc. So I came to check it out and met with Bianca (COO) to learn more about the course. “SOLD!” She gave me what I needed to know to enhance my education in electrical by going Solar. She immediately offered me to join them on a field trip to a Solar PV Plant , and let me tell you…I went and I was impressed! Not only do I learn electrical, but how it’s produced. I highly encourage that if you go electrical, to go solar. You will know the ins and outs of how we are evolving in the world. Not only that, the instructor Reginald (CEO) makes the class interesting, takes the time to teach to ensure we get the correct information and understand to successfully be a Solar Tech or even more depending on your goals ! Perk….he makes us laugh. Lol also, Garett has been great. I see how he engages with each and everyone of us ensuring we get that knowledge! That is an amazing trait not everyone has. So if you snooze , you lose! ✌🏽

One of the best kept secrets in all of central Texas! I wish I would’ve found them 6 months ago before I signed up for Cybertex. The staff are the absolute best, if you want to pursue a career in healthcare or electrician but don’t think you can afford it DO NOT let that stop you, come into the office and talk to Bianca, she is the QUEEN of financial services and she devotes her time and energy into EVERY SINGLE student, Bianca will make sure you are in class by the next Mod if that is truly what your heart desires, she will not take no for an answer. Bianca makes sure she does everything for her students and cares deeply for everyone. I have learned more in 1 week than I ever learned in 6 months at Cybertex and that’s saying something. If you are ready to better your career and future Please Please Please talk to Training Center of Central Texas first!

They say every successful person is a good teacher (or five). What can I say? I had many! Two of them are here! Ms. Mayleen and Ms. Dallas.

I moved to Texas not knowing what this place has for me to offer. This is where I started—right here, in this school. The Training Center of Central Texas.

I started with their Pharmacy Technician Program. Great program, great teacher! Finished the program, but I wanted more.

So, I signed up for the CCMA Program, and I got what I asked for. I wouldn’t say it was easy. This program is supposed to be a year worth of schooling, but who would want to be in school for a year if you can do it for 6 months?!?

This is how CCMA program was designed—for students like me who needed an immediate career to start off with a great and strong foundation.

Ms. Mayleen and Ms. Dallas goes out of their way to make sure their students not only make it to the end and graduates 🎓, but also make sure their students will continue to aim high and lands on a job where they all can start a new beginning, a new career, and a whole new life.

I give every credit to these professors—Ms. Mayleen and Ms. Dallas for helping me every step of the way. These teachers are always one text/call/email away whenever/whatever you may need to succeed in this program. Now, that doesn’t mean you can just sit and wait for good things to come your way. You, as a student has to work hard as well, and stay motivated!

Every staff here is very helpful and friendly. Our school director, Mr. Sunshine always have an open door for any questions you may have.

Ms. Bianca will brighten up your day and make you see your future in a different perspective. She once told me, I can do it. So now… I’ll tell you if I was able to do...
