Update ** KoaWood Ranch has refunded me for the KOA WOOD AND SILVER ALL HONU bracelet that was lost due to the defect. They have also provided a shipping label to exchange the additional KOA WOOD AND SILVER ALL HONU BRACELET that I purchased with the defect and the KOA AND STAINLESS STEEL MENS BRACELET that broke. I am very satisfied and appreciate their professionalism.

I spent over $400 here and regret it. I researched this business and saw that it benefits a conservation program. So, I thought the gifts would be more meaningful. I bought my daughter a KOA WOOD AND SILVER ALL HONU BRACELET and because the round toggle clasps did not hold together as they should it fell off and she lost it. So, before we left Hawaii I bought her one more and ended up having to order a different type of clasp from Amazon. Which shouldn’t be necessary being the bracelets were $129. I bought my son the KOA AND STAINLESS STEEL MENS BRACELET and once we got home from vacation one of the links broke. I also bought myself the DOLPHIN STERLING SILVER KOA INLAY EARRINGS. This is one of the coolest stores I made purchases from while vacationing in Hawaii. I bought a card wallet with the wood from the Koa Forest attached to it. This is where their customer service comes in. I had loose and had lost some of the screws before getting home.
