This review is way over due. I've been using Royal Pools of Hawaii for the last 18 months. They installed my Salt Chlorine Generator and Triton water filter. They have helped me maintain perfect water balance. Twice they have worked with the equipment vendor to replace the SCG under warranty and at no cost to me. Everyone is there to help you. I wish all contractors were as dependable. They quickly diagnosed my problem (a dead electric pool heater), ordered a replacement and delivered it exactly within the predicted time frame, completed the installation exactly when they said they would, and returned the very next day when I ran into a problem I couldn't resolve for myself and explained clearly to this layman how to handle the fairly complex pool machinery control system. ...
