Very nice music store with large selection of pretty much anything you need. Been here a couple of times and the older gentleman that works there is super nice and helpful!!! He's really honest and helped me find items in my budget. I really appreciated that he didn't ever try to up sell anything, he actually showed me less expensive items than what I was looking at. He just shows you what you really need, so I feel like I can completely trust his recommendations.

Their prices are also very honest--when comparing with Amazon or online prices there's not that much difference so I prefer to shop here and see what I'm buying in person. Plus they're really nice if you need to return anything you don't like. 100% recommend....

Visited the store yesterday to buy 2 ukuleles. There were 2 customers ahead of me. Staff spent ample time with those customers and I waited patiently. I appreciated the attention that was given to them and I was looking forward to the same treatment. After 50 minutes (yes, 50 minutes), it was finally my turn. After speaking to me for 5 minutes, he excused himself to talk to the customer who just entered the store. I was dumbfounded. We were on vacation when my son's ukulele broke! It was a simple fix, but way above my pay grade. I called Sound Wave and even though it was their busiest time of year, they were kind enough to fit him in, get his uke fixed up for a fair price, and made it even better than before. Super grateful for their big hearts and quick work!

AND OMG their inventory is awesome! I was drooling over their ukuleles. Just gorgeous works of art that they have there. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing an instrument or instrument repair!...
