First, we met Rachel at the BedMart Mattress store in Kona and had such a great experience with her and purchased two twin XL mattresses to convert to a king on a dime. Because of Rachel, who knew we also needed a sofa, we sought out the new BedMart Furniture store, also in Kona, only days later.

Second, Google didn't have BedMart Furniture in its navigation system yet, so we got caught in the maze that is the industrial buildings in Kona. We almost gave up until the Heavens opened up and shone the light upon the BedMart storefront!

Third, Dave Trexler and a beautiful new showroom. Like Rachel, Dave was all about customer service and imparting more than less information to help us decide on the right sofa. There it was. The sofa that ultimately landed in our condo living room. We took the floor model! Before we checked out, Dave gave us some final tips and advice that was icing on the cake.

How is it that a company finds such pleasant, happy, helpful people in each and every employee? BedMart, you've managed to do so.

We love our new office/home furniture from Mind’s Eye Interiors! We had been all over town in search of furnishings for our large new office with no results. Everything we sourced was overpriced and on backorder. Not only did Mind’s Eye Interiors have great pricing….. they also had them in stock and available for delivery within the week! Our salesman Doug was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He has a great eye for design and was valuable in recommending additional pieces that fit perfect in our large space. The delivery crew had a positive attitude and were very attentive assuring the items were unpacked and installed meticulously. The overall experience was outstanding! Mind's Eye is, without a doubt, the best furniture store on the Big Island. If you've ever been furniture shopping in the island you already know that it can be frustrating. At other stores the selection is limited, the prices are atrocious, and almost everything has to be ordered in which takes months. Not so with Min'd Eye. It's like a good furniture store you'd find on the mainland, plus their buyers have a very good design sense. Above all they are very friendly without ever trying to push a sale. I have 4 properties here on the Big Island so I shop often at Mind's Eye and every time it's a good experience. P.S. I used to work at a furniture store in Dallas so I know a thing or two about furniture. Hats off...
