Be weary of trying to pay your loan off that’s eating you alive with interest. We just spent almost 3 years trying to pay our loan off and making our set payment every month that did nothing to the total balance. Anyways. We got a good chunk of money and wanted to use it to be done with this place and our loan for good. The lady on the phone seemed very unimpressed with us trying to pay our loan off, and they also give you a loan pay off fee as well which makes no sense? Nothing but a money grab this place is. Putting people in tough spots in even worse positions. This is my warning though, if you’re struggling DO NOT COME HERE. Same with payday places, avoid title loans, etc. These places are bad news and will just put you in a worse spot financially. It’s not worth it. They also like to call and bother you constantly to adjust your loan and make it better. Nope. Had to block the phone number because I was sick of the phone calls. Anyways, our loan is paid OFF, will never come here again. Credit Unions are the way to go if you want a nice loan that’s got good interest and you can actually pay it...

Absolutely terrible customer service! I needed a quick loan,because a guy was holding a car for me and other people wanted it. I was immediately approved online and called 7 times and no one called me back for 3 days! P1fcu did it over the phone in 4 hrs! Plus I'm only paying 10 percent instead off 22 percent interest,and zero loan fee. One main did me a favor by not answering their phone! Beware I've got a loan from these guys before,and they forgot to tell me about a couple documents I needed,and I had to go back home,and then the cda branch was so incompetent they ended up sending me to the Hayden branch!
