I have been doing Crossfit on my own for many years before joining a Crossfit gym for the first time at Heber City Crossfit. It has been an awesome experience. The workouts are challenging and continually push me out of my comfort zone. In 3 months I have already seen more improvements than I expected in my own personal fitness and in my ability to do difficult movements such as ring dips, double unders, and handstand pushups. The trainers Carli, Austin and Megan have been great to help me learn proper technique and to give guidance and motivation when needed. I seriously love The Mountain Gym. I love it so much I drive 30 minutes each way everyday just to go there. The owners are great people and always try to do what's best for their members. And speaking of the members. They are some of the best people around and they will take anyone under their wing and make sure they feel welcome. It doesn't matter what skill level you're at there's something for everyone. The trainers are super heplful and will push you to achieve your goals. I would give this gym 10 stars if I could!! I'm a drop in from Florida, and not every gym makes you feel like home when you drop in but, from the coaches to the members, you couldn't ask for a sweeter or more supportive group!! Programming and instructing were great, all equipment was easy to find, I never felt lost and had a great time going hard with my temporary gym buds!
