My husband loves your cookies but I do not like them. Way to sweet and doughy. He goes in every week and buys 4-6 that he nibbles on throughout the week. The problem, is loyalty points are stuck at 42 and when I check out the system does not ask if I want loyalty points, just says thanks. Your employees know nothing about how the program works and suggested I call the corporate office. However, they didn't even have the number for corporate. The number she gave me someone by the name of Brianna had a VM message. I doubted this was the correct number. Tired of spending 15-20 bucks a week and getting no loyalty points. Also, I changed my cell number and I have 10 bucks in loyalty points but they can't tell me how I can redeem them since that number is no longer valid. Why have a loyalty program if the employees can't troubleshoot or the customer can't easily get hold of someone to correct the problem. If it was up to me we wouldn't be buying these...
Read moreItâs genuinely hard to find good customer service at 8:30 am, especially on a Saturday. Not that I blame anyone! Thatâs so early to be awake and ready to help people with a smile! I LOVE this crumbl. I drive between Logan and Vernal multiple times a month and always stop here to get a treat. Theyâre always so excellent and I love the cookies so much! Figured I should finally do a review, especially for whatever girl was helping customers this morning! I didnât catch her name, but she had dark brown hair back in a ponytail. But everyone was so kind the second I walked through the door and seemed happy and ready to go even though itâs early on a Saturday and theyâve probably already been there for a long time getting things ready. They made me feel welcomed and I just love the service at...
Read moreI LOVE Crumbl and have had many amazing cookies from here! This is just a negative experience I had at the Heber location that I think the management needs to be aware of. I went to pick up some cookies and there were a few workers in the back mixing a batch of the rice crispy cookies into a tub of mini marshmallows. As I was standing at the counter, one of the employees (no gloves on) scooped her hand into the tub of marshmallows and ate a handfulâthen went back to filling my box of cookies. Iâm sorry, but it was very gross and felt really unsanitary. Once again, this was just one negative experience, I hope this isnât common practice but thought it should be brought to...
