¿Grateful to be in one of the last one bedroom units available in 2017'?...I don't think so. Yes, that's feces and urine. And it gets worse...I'm not happy I signed a year lease here.

The hallway heaters rattle the walls with vibration. I have not opened many doors that open or close without difficulty or won't shut properly, both in the common areas and into the apartments. This place is not level and/or whomever hung the doors might have done their best. In one apartment, the bathroom door won't shut or lock and the front door needs to be locked with the dead bolt or it's not latching shut. The dishwasher is not anchored and falls forward when loaded. The microwave needed to be replaced immediately and the replacement beeps endlessly until you push clear. The new refrigerator is as noisy an old unit. The furnace is so loud that the tv or music must be turned up to a ridiculous volume to be audible, obviously too loud once the furnace shuts off. The hot and cold are backward in the shower. The racks in the bedroom closet are so close to the shelf that a hanger doesn't fit without force or enough room with a good angle of approach. The tack strip for the carpet meeting the linoleum is poking through enough that the nails easily puncture your (or a guests') feet if you don't step over it. The base boards in the bathroom are so far from the floor in some places that there are 1/4 inch shims exposed and maybe a

You need to check yourself out, or you can wait in a ridiculously long line for the one cashier. After finding they're out of the most simple things and don't stock even butter flavored crisco. Then you get the opportunity to wait in the freezing cold ",24° to be exact" while they radio someone for 20 minutes to come help with an item outside that you've purchased. And to make things even more exciting you get to walk back and forth begging customer service to send somebody to help you. Once you've stomped back in the store 3 times after they've promised help six times and you threaten to ask for a refund, finally they send a little old lady to come help you move an enormous item into your truck. Now that's stellar customer service!

It seems customer service these days doesn't exist. Sad! The companies that don't treat their customer right, lose them. And people wonder why more and more people are...

This Walmart is the worst walmart I have ever been in, and I have been in a lot of walmart (we all have) and the heber store is horrible They never have what you want or need and their employees are horrible , They are not friendly or helpful at all!! Yes I am glad it is in Heber So when I do need the little things laundry soap dish soap And toilet paper they usually have it but other stuff they never do so I always end up having to go to Provo a Park City The Heber...
