I will never go to another auto parts store ever again. I have ALWAYS been impressed with O’Reilly, their excellent customer service and especially since I’m a woman who frequently walks into an auto parts store, I’ve never felt demeaned or mistreated because of my gender.
The last time I walked in, the manager Matt was able to help us out SO MUCH. We had a problem with our rotars and he was very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. His machine to level my rotars was broken so he helped give us new ones for a VERY good price.

There was no "Sorry, we didn't know you were there!" or any kind of customer recognition. The one guy who finally did come to the counter did so with contempt in his expression. O'Reilly, here in Heber City, is now last on my list of places to get...
