Update July 2019: I have been with this UPS Store now for over 3 years. There are many courier stores throughout the country, and this by far is the absolute best store I have ever done business with. As an internet e-commerce store owner, courier reliability is imperative, and the final leg of each and ever sale I make, they are the final customer interphase of every sale. It's all about getting it there, on time, in one piece, and in secure fashion.

When shipping packages it all starts at the drop off point. I ship a lot of items that are of high value, and are insured accordingly. The initial intake SCAN is extremely important, this confirms that the package is in possession of the courier, and on the way to the customer, and it is also where parcel insurance takes over. I ship fishing reels that range from $250 and some that cost 5 to 9K dollars, so this is crucial. Trust goes a long way.

Over the years I have used stores that don't follow through with the correct shipment intake process. Such stores are labor intensive because I have to wait to get a scan and a receipt. Unfortunately if a package gets dropped off and the staff does not do a proper intake, and the package gets lost, there is no record, and no insurance, in other words a total loss. So having a store that does the job right every time is of utmost importance to me.

At the Heber City UPS Store I can drop off packages and never ever have to worry about procedures getting skipped. The staff is nothing short of awesome, helpful, informative, responsible, and most importantly, trustworthy. If you are looking for the most reliable store that will process your shipments correctly the first time every time, this is it. I trust everyone at this UPS Store, and this is why I highly recommend them above...

I was unhappy with what I received. The young man helping me was overall unprofessional and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Here's what happened: I asked him to print a double sided pdf to see if I needed to make changes before printing all my copies. He brings over to me two individual pages. I wanted to see them double sided not individual. He then instead of just printing directly from the computer double sided, he goes and scans the individual pages to copy and print double sided, which is twice the work it should have been. He doesn't even scan the second page properly. He scans it at a slight angle and up a little farther than the first, so now my images aren't aligned which gives me twice as much work to get them all cut out nicely. Every time I've come to this location I've been met with people who seem half good at their job. I will not be returning to this location. From now on I would rather drive all the way to Payson UT where I know I'd get better service and better outcomes from...

This is a clean store, however, I called ahead to make sure that there was a notary in the office and was informed that there was but not to come in between 1:30 and 2:30. I then presented to the store at 2:45 and was told that the notary had to run some errands and was not there. They could not give me a definite time when to return and only told me that the notary would be back sometime before 5:00 p.m. This was very inconvenient since I live 30 minutes away and I ended up finding another notary across town. I believe the 2 young men at the front desk were trying to be helpful but I think this store could benefit from more...
