Fantastic facility! I would have given a 5 star review because the facility is wonderful but the lifeguards really need to be trained better! They were not following proper protocol for lifeguards. Many (Not all) were not really watching the pool. I often saw them looking down at their fingernails and playing with their whistle. Some lifeguards left their area and were playing basketball with others in that part of the pool leaving the children's playground area completely unattended. The South side of the pool where there is a big blowup toy didn't even have a lifeguard. A child could easily be drowning on the south side of the blowup and no one would even be able to see it. I get that they may have been short staffed but the lifeguard on the north side of the blowup needs to be walking around instead of sitting on the lifeguard stand. Like I said, it is a beautiful facility with great amenities but the lifeguards need to be better trained before...

2 stars for friendly front staff, clean facilities. They have a great concept with the floating obstacle course, however, with the life guards they have on duty an accident is bound to happen in the near future. I'm all about having fun, but safety first. Kids were jumping off the top where the blow up slide was 2 or 3 at a time coming inches from hitting the side of the pool with their face. Others were jumping before the previous swimmer was out of the way coming close to jumping on swimmers. Life guards were oblivious. Careful on their slick wet floors. No rubber mats are placed on the floor making it very, very slick. Two children slipped and fell hard while we were there, just a matter of time before someone really gets hurt. Went for our granddaughters waterpolo competition. This facility is absolutely fantastic. Plenty of seating for all to see. With back rests. Not one bad seat in the whole place. There's a separate entrance for spectators so one doesn't have to go through everything to get to the event. The only complaint that I would have is that even though there are fans above the seating area, it still was a bit too warm. It would have been nice to have some way to let out some of the heat. Other than that, this place was great. I can only imagine what the rest of the place looks like. Bet it is...
