If I could give this store zero Stars I would, although the women retail employees were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. REASON FOR ZERO STAR REVIEW My girlfriend was harassed by a plain clothes man while I was in the restroom. He was very rude and condescending. He was insinuating that her and I were thiefs!! I get it, we're in Hemet and the community can use some cleaning up but regular citizens shouldn't be accosted for no reason! We came in together then separated. while I looked at socks she was looking at all sorts of stuff like women do. I got a phone call and stepped outside. when the phone call ended I headed inside to the restroom. During this a man (plain dark clothing with no name tag or indication as an employee) approached my girlfriend and insisted she hand over the clothes she was carrying. Originally saying he would bring it to the register so she didn't have to carry it over her arm (1 shirt and 1 pair of pants! 🙄). After he had the clothes he aggressively told her to leave! That he doesn't "play that game here!" She was confused and then offended. Being as I have the money and not knowing where I was she had to ask this man to allow her to stay.. and buy the things we CAME TO JCPENNY TO PURCHASE!! I was called and asked to hurry, and so I quickly made my way to the register and paid apologizing the whole way about my absence. Read moreAfter my transaction, I walked over to speak to manager Julia . I actually adviced her to roll back the cameras so she can see the type of service her store was giving. She seem nice and interested of my concerns. Jessica Vanessa and another employee were standing at the register both when I walked in and when I walked up to the register to do my return none of them greeted me or acknowledge me even after asking if I can return here.. I got no answer. So I walked up closer and asked again, still no answer. Jessica just simply put her had out. She was very rude. So o told my self, maybe she's having a bad day. And I asked her how's your day going? Rudely replied good!. She was very short with me, but not with the other cashier. They seem nice with each other, but not the customer.
