Burger King — Restaurant in Hemet

By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had coming into an establishment I had sent my partner into the restaurant to buy us some food and when he was done I had to use the restroom I going to the establishment and ask the lady if she can unlock the restroom she then told me no I needed to buy something I told her my partner just had bought something why is it that I have to buy something else she then said no you didn't you're lying she didn't ask the lady in the Drive-Thru the drive-thru lady said she didn't see it then I told her ma'am I don't have to lie about buying food when it was my money that was used to buy it in the first place she continue saying no so I ended up buying something else wow that was happening I had my friend pay for the food while she unlocked the restroom 2 minutes later my friend comes walking into the restroom I asked her did she buy something she said no she didn't buy anything and I asked okay so why they let you into the restroom when you didn't buy anything she said she didn't know so after I used the restroom I asked the lady why was it that she left the lady in and she said because she wasn't being rude when I've never was being rude to her I was just letting her know that I had to use the restroom and I already had bought something a lot of people misconstrued the truth and being rude just because the truth hurts or they don't have the upper hand on the situation but I would never come to this establishment again this place would never get my money it shouldn't get your money if you ever come here please be aware of the heavy set Mexican lady with the glasses she's very rude and needs to work on her customer service skills I feel very uncomfortable and I don't know why they had this lady in charge working with customers if she's going to treat the...

Ordered breakfast and asked for it to be fresh, mind you I was the only one in line, soon as I pulled to the window my food was bagged and ready. I asked how can it be fresh if it's already placed in my bag? The woman replied "we just cooked them, they are fresh". Got home my food was nowhere near fresh. Hashbrowns soggy and mushy with grease. Sandwich was like warm. So I called to speak to the manager and as I'm explaining she tells me all our food is made to order. And i told her it was not fresh it was very soggy and grease and her response was well they are cooked in grease. So this mad me even more upset! Then I asked her name and she would not give it. I kept asking and then she hung up on me. Smh! I dont understand what the problem is. If a person is paying for something and they want fresh food why cant they just get it? The manager said the homeless man in their parking lot could come in and sit if I gave him a gift card, he did not want to go inside...so I asked if I could fill two water c bottles with ice and I was told no, I could have a small glass for water, it is in triple digits, so I paid for a large drink and filled the glass with ice and water. My friend took the small glass and filled the water bottles, and was given bit of attitude by the clerk who said no to ice and water...I asked her if she lived in Hemet, and of course she does not. We took the man large cup of ice water, two water bottles of ice and a large bottle. He said we were angels, and kept thanking us. We asked if he wanted to go to a cooling center but he refused.
