I’Am just shocked on how the customer service supervisor Sherry! talk down to her cashier. I was waiting in line. And I was next to checkout. And I observed the Supervisor rudely talking down to her Cashier as if they were beneath her. The cashier asked for help and she treated her so bad. complaining she dose not have time to deal with this and how she should know by now how to do her job. and then involved the customer at the register into the situation. And then proceeded to talk down to the customer over his return. I have worked in retail for 25 years. That is not how you talk to your team or to the customers. And dose not show good Leadership abilities. She should not be in this role. That attitude negativity affects the teams morale. I feel sorry for them. After I checked out I asked the cashier for her name and corporates number. She came up asking what the problem was and I told her it was her. She refused to give me the number and told me to mind my own business. I said I will just look it up or call back and talk to the Store Manager. And I apologize to the cashier for her behavior. Burlington should not allow these types of people to be in a position of power it’s just sad to see such horrible leadership and service...
Read moreI rarely ever do reviews, but I had to on this one. There was a guy that walked up to the front, and I guess he was confronting the female cashier about her lying on him about him saying something to her. He had said, "Don't lie on me." Security asked the gentleman to leave, and as he walked out, the female cashier he had an issue with came from behind the register, threatened to have him shot by her boyfriend, followed him outside all the way to his car on the phone with I'm guessing the boyfriend. I don't know what happened before the guy came to the front but to actually witness an employee threaten a shopper and follow them to their car is the worst thing I've ever witnessed as far as shopping goes. I hope no harm comes to the gentleman, but the female associate that threatened and followed him outside the store was 100% in the wrong for that. I'm surprised the manager didn't do anything. After seeing this entire incident, I will no longer be shopping at this Burlington. Not just because of unprofessional reasons but more so because of...
Read moreThe supervisor "sherry" needs to be replaced! She was extremely rude to me specifically because I came in with a clothing voucher. She said none of these items are business attire (my voucher was for regular everyday clothing) she continued to go on and on about how she wouldn't hire me if I came in wearing these clothes. I wasn't trying to argue with her just kept explaining to her that it's not for business attire, my case worker asked me what I NEEDED! she then called the manager which told her all of my clothes were fine because the voucher doesn't say "business attire", other than a pair of shorts because the voucher didn't say "shorts". The cashier next to her also asked for help with a return and she was pretty rude to him as well, I noticed him shaking his head when she turned around because of her attitude twords him. She was also giving attitude to other customers ahead of me. Very unprofessional! And after reading some of these reviews she's know for being a C U...
