Quality of ornaments has gone downhill significantly, prices have gone up. We've had to exchange several pieces this year because the paintings are awful, and the staff is becoming more and more rude with every passing year. A bystander asked us what we were doing (with all of the ornaments out as we checked for the best quality painted ones) and as I was explained to her the situation, a short haired employee (Sue) came over and berated us that we weren't allowed to tell someone else why we were exchanging the ornaments, in a short and rude tone. We were then told we were to put them back "exactly as we found them" as if we were anything other than intentional, cautious, and respectful of the ornaments that we were repackaging.
Overall, this may likely be our last year purchasing from this store, or from the KOC entirely. Unsure just yet. But this store has definitely dipped in the customer experience side of things.
