So far in my experience me and an older lady went there looked at a necklace a bracelet and a charm they all had to be ordered in when adding a total the necklace and bracelet came to $215.00 before tax after calculations 6% makes the total $227.90 the charm would be a separate purchase due to being on back order i had to work the next day I send the older lady that I was with to pick up the necklace and bracelet for 227.90 when I then recieve a call that the wrong bracelet came and they had to return and reorder that hopefully the charm would come with the bracelet and they charged her card for 198. For the necklace alone I called and said how is that the case when you told me the set was 215 plus tax and that I did the math she said the price in the book and the register wasn't the same she looked and said she did over charge her card the necklace would be 169.00 alone and with the bracelet 244.00 plus tax again how when you told me 215 plus tax making that total 227.90 so you're still trying to get over by 16.10 say what you mean and mean what you say and the whole set that was for a birthday party may not be on time for the appearance and you may have lost a client cause if it was right I may have came back to spend approximately 1300 on solid gold smh okay so I finally got the bracelet now just waiting on the eagle charm thats on back order they were nice about the misunderstanding and will call me and I changed my rating to a 3 so far the eagle will put it to a 4 so well be patient and see they attempted to make it right and my charm should be in by Saturday so I got my eagle pendant today after sending it back to get a third loop so it'd look nicer weaved through and I must say I am thankful and satisfied with the necklace now that...
