the store went above and beyond...Story Time. I was asked to be in a wedding in Florida about three weeks ago, approximately six weeks ago, i walked into this location to either buy or rent a suit for the event. Turns out that buying a suit was about twenty percent more expensive than renting one, so rather than rent and only have it for one day, I decided to purchase. One problem though, they didn't have a suit on the rack in the correct color and size. The manager Shane, worked with me to get a tailored suit for a few dollars difference instead of one off the rack. Got measured, and had a date for the suit to arrive one day prior to flying out. As the day approaches, I call for an update. DHL gave a date of arrival as still one day prior to flying out. As this didn't provide much of a buffer in the event something held up the shipment, Shane figured out a way to have an alternative ready for if the tailored suit didn't arrive on the day projected, by getting a jacket and pants ordered from another store, so I could stop on the way to the airport to have any last minute alterations done. Of course the suit didn't arrive in time (this was around the time of the suez canal being blocked), but it was scheduled to arrive a day late; I was too excited to wear a custom suit to go with the alternative. So once it arrived in Greensburg, they made arrangements to have the custom suit overnighted to Florida for me, and the afternoon before the wedding, I went to the receiving location in Florida, where the tailor there hemmed the pants and I was in and out in about twenty minutes, ready to stand at the alter while my friend began the next chapter of his life.

The lady assisting him with trying it on either saw it and never said anything, or just didn’t pay attention enough to look at all. He took a picture of it, with the time stamp from his phone to show that he had NOT WORN IT at all to even make it rip, and had to wear one of his own, despite paying the ridiculous $200 for the outfit. When he returned the suit the next day, he told the manager about the ripped and showed him the time stamp, however the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE about it. He said “well at least you returned it in time or else we would need to charge you an extra late fee of $10.” He said that he didn’t believe my date, despite the fact that he had a time stamp form the day he picked it up. What happened to the customer is always right, or is this store all about literally ripping people off to make quick money? Not only that, the manger told my date that he would cut him a deal and instead of him paying the full damage fee of $25, he would only make him pay $10 FOR A SHIRT THAT HE DIDN'T RIP NOR WORE. So next time anyone thinks of paying $200, DON’T COME TO MENS WAREHOUSE. They blame you for their mistakes and make you pay for it. The suit was also extremely baggy and uncomfortable. Read moreIf I were you, I would try another location. All employees are clueless and unhelpful. Was measured for a wedding tux. The woman (who I later found out was fired) was more interested in leaving her shift than measuring. When it was the week of the wedding, instead of them calling me when the tux came in, I had to call them. Not to my surprise, the tux did not fit. The pants were too short, the shirt sleeves were too short, the vest was huge. Thankfully, it was all fixed, but I was forced to come in again and wait for the employees to find the tux in the back for 30 minutes. At the end of the process, they rudely reminded me that if the tux is not returned immediately the day affter the wedding, it will be a $20 late fee. I understand that is policy but really? After this whole mess I should be refunded a portion. They charged me over $250 and I got a wrinkled tux and three total trips to this store. I do...
