I took my mother out for an early Mother's Day outing. We enjoyed the farmers market and a nice meal at the kings restaurant. We live in the area. We were not greeted when we walked in. There were a few sales women walking around, that completely bypassed me and my mother, and didn't even ask if we needed help. She couldn't remember her size. The front sales person was ringing others up so we understand that she was busy. The one sales person we saw near us, looked us up and down, gave us a dirty look and went around to the other side of store to help someone else. We were dressed nicely. This is my mother's favourite store, and she said that she didn't feel comfortable ever coming back to shop at this location again. Teach your sales reps about respect for all guests. My mother was about to spend up to $200 for pants and a nice top in your store. You missed...
Read moreI received a coupon worth $25 off any purchase of $25 or more, combinable with other store offers. The snooty saleswomen at the Chico's in Green Valley Ranch, Henderson, NV would not honor the coupon. I even read all the terms and conditions to them and their response was, "Everything in our store is 30% off, so you can't combine it with your coupon". Their eyes and ears were closed. They never wanted to hear, or adhere to, what was written on their own coupon. I checked with Chico's main customer service office (representative Heather) and the saleswomen were dead wrong. The coupon should have been honored in combination with the store 30% off. These Chico's employees treated me like they were queens and I was their maidservant. I have a closet filled with Chico's clothing but I will never shop there again. They have lost me...

Upon entering the store, I wasn’t greeted—despite staff acknowledging and warmly welcoming other customers who arrived after me. I browsed quietly, looking for specific items, yet no one offered assistance.
When I approached an attendant to request a dressing room, she looked at me, glanced at the pants I was holding, and simply walked away. No words, no help. It was a stark contrast to the respectful treatment others received during my visit.
This is not the level of service I’ve come to expect from Chico’s, and it certainly doesn’t reflect the brand’s usual standards. A truly...
