I recently had the most phenomenal experience at Dillard's in the Galleria Mall, and I just have to share! I came in for a proper bra fitting, and from the moment I walked through the doors, I felt like a VIP.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, and I was promptly greeted by a specialist who truly knew her craft. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.

When I walked in, I was wearing a completely improper bra size. I had no idea how much of a difference a proper fitting could make! The fitting itself was a revelation. The specialist's expertise was evident as she meticulously measured and recommended bras that not only fit perfectly but also provided unparalleled comfort and support. It was as if I had been wearing the wrong size all my life!

What really stood out was the personalized attention and care. The specialist offered insightful advice on styles that would best suit my body type and lifestyle, and I never once felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase. Instead, I felt empowered with knowledge and confident in my choices.

I been shopping at Dillards for 12 years at the least from Texas to Palmdale California and this ha been the worse experience ever. I went into Dillards in Henderson NV on Sunset rd and Stephanie st to purchase a bathing suit and a few other things. I walked in the store and Diana ask me could she help me. I told her I be back I’m still shopping. I walked over to the swimwear department and found items to try on. I had to ask the employee who was laughing and talking with another employee 3 times if I could get into a fitting room. She finally let me in begrudgingly. After I tried on I came out and saw no one so I walked to the register in women clothing. This is where it get scary. The lady who open the fitting room ran over and begin to yell at me and her co worker for trying to ring me up. The cashier stepped back hands in the air as if yo say she surrendered and told the aggressor you can ring her up it’s not a big deal. I saw the look of fear on the lady face. I told her thank you and walked away. I walked to the other side of the store. Right before Diana begin to ring me up here comes the aggressor again. She slams the items I tried on from swimwear onto the counter and told Diana you can handle her go backs. At this point I’m shaking and crying. I spoke with the store manager Rick who showed no compassion and a smirk on his face. I left and called Coporate and it took me 11 days to reach someone. I was told someone will be reaching out to me and it never happened. The floor manager at Dillards offered me a cover up for my bathing suit and I had to pay for the bathing suit. Came in to buy a Father's day watch for my husband this Sunday 6/10/18 at 2pm. Needed some help finding a watch. There was one lady helping another couple. She didn't even acknowledge me as I was standing there waiting to be helped. I approached her and ask her if there's anyone else that could help me. She said they had like 6 people and didn't know where most of them went. She then asked a girl from the purse department to help her. The girl came to help another couple next to me. All this time I'm waiting to be helped. The girl from the purse department asked where is everyone that's supposed to be there and she was told two went to lunch together and that's all she knows. The girl that came to help from the purse department finally greets me with a hello, so I thought she would help me after she was done helping the couple next to me but instead she yells from across the room to these other customers in the purse Department and she passes right by me to go help them. Meanwhile the girl in the watch department is still helping this other couple and never acknowledges me, not once looking up at me. I told her I was going somewhere else and I storm away very upset. she says "okay have a nice day" like she didn't care. So they lose a sale because of their really bad customer service. I will never come here again. If I could give them no stars I would. It's such a shame because I'm sure and sure and there are better customer service people that work here but these two ladies made my experience so bad that I would not want to come back again.
