My husband and I arrived at Craggy Range on 05/04/23 at 530pm, about 90 minutes before the start of an event. The restaurant was busy but had several empty tables and no line. We seated ourselves and, after about 7 or 8 minutes, received menus from a female employee. Several minutes later a male server stopped at the table, explained that we were not in his section but he was taking care of guests who hadn't yet been helped, and took our drink/food orders: we ordered a Blue Moon Belgian Ale, water, a diet soda, 406 queso (tortilla chips with cheese), a Camarones taco and two traditional beef tacos. After probably five minutes the server dropped off straws and told us our drinks would be out soon. Several minutes later we received the ale and diet soda, but no water. A little while later the server dropped off silverware. After another wait, the server stopped and asked, "You haven't got your food yet?" We said no and I asked if I could get the water I ordered. Several minutes later the water arrived. A little after 620pm we noticed a food runner bring what appeared to be tacos to a nearby table... the guests still had their menus. After a brief conversation, the food runner departed with the tacos and walked away. We saw our server, stopped him, told him what we had seen and asked if perhaps those were our tacos. The server said, "Probably." We asked if the food, if it was in fact our food, would be brought back to us. The server said, "I don't know. I have no control over the kitchen." We then asked if he could please check on it for us. He said, "Let me take care of this other table and then I'll go check." By this time it was 630pm and we had had no faith in our server's motivation to find our food. We left $12 in cash on the table to cover the cost of the ale and soda, and walked out. We went to our car and, since we had done a little shopping before arriving at the arena, ate fruit and yogurt snacks before returning for the event. We had time to purchase boxes of popcorn before the event started... that was our experience at the...
Read moreSo the first time me and my fiancé came here we loved it. We sat at the bar, and enjoyed watching Game 5 of the NBA finals. The food was great, and the vibe was definitely very welcoming. Brittany was awesome at the bar and made sure our food came out how we wanted, and that she checked on us periodically. Fast forward today I bring my parents with us to watch Game 6, so they can also try the food and experience the great vibes from the first time we came.
Our server was Brad and everything seemed to have started off great. Next thing you know our service turned for the worse. I simply told Brad our chili came out cold, and asked for a fresh hot bowl. We could all tell he immediately got a attitude about it, and walked off without saying to much of anything. They come back from the kitchen again with another bowl of chili .. this time no toppings in the chili like we had ordered the first time .. just a bowl of chili. So we tell them again, our order is still not right. This time Brad brings our chili out and slams the bowl on the table hard… I look and say thank you, and he walks off no you’re welcome or anything. We sat there for some time ..and Brad never came and checked on our table, asked if we needed a refill or anything. He completely moved onto another table, and now Brittany was our server I assume.
We told Brittany about what we were experiencing and she was so kind, caring, and attentive. She took care of us like she did that very first time we came. I don’t think people like Brad should be waiting on customers. Seemed like he did not want to be bothered , or even be there period. I’m currently pregnant and it was very unfortunate that I brought my parents and received this service, after speaking so highly of the...
Read moreActually doesn’t deserve one star. Gave Raggy Crange a second chance and it was even worse than the first time. Both visits, had to ask for a waiter to come to our table and saw tables waited on that arrived after us. Both times, went to the restaurant around 5:30 and worried we wouldn’t make our 7:00 game/show. This time, had been there 30 minutes before having our orders taken. Then, after another 30 minutes, had to get up and find our server to ask when our food was coming. We told the server we might have to go into the arena to eat. She said she would find out about our food and we never saw her again. A different server brought out one plate (there were 4 of us). Our friend shared his food since we were all hungry. Right when we we’re about to walk out, 2 more plates came. One friend never got her order. On one plate, the carrots and celery accompanying the boneless chicken wings were old and rubbery. My $8 Baja taco was the size of a Taco Bell taco. The “from scratch guacamole” listed on the menu was a thin, silver dollar-sized, brown-green smear between a flour tortilla and the crispy corn tortilla. I still gave it one bite. At that point, I got up and asked for a manager. Thankfully she was apologetic and comped the whole tab—which really wasn’t a comp since we never really got what we should have when we should have. We went into the venue and found food in there just in time for the show. That restaurant is in serious need of a...
