Target — Local services in Henderson

Completely livid with Target on Sunset and Stephanie! I have NEVER had horrific service as I did tonight in this store. On TARGET'S APP, it was listed as of 7:54pm that the item was indeed IN STOCK yet I did not see it on the shelf. Usually there's an associate in every department, WHICH WASN'T THE CASE TONIGHT! I had to literally walk around the entire store to find 1 associate in Home Decor section. She called for assistance in the baby aisle. No one got back to her, she kept asking for assistance, finally someone CLAIMED they'd help me in that department. Go to the Baby department and waited for 10min and yet STILL NO ASSISTANCE!! At this point, instead of searching for another associate, I then call the store to ask for an associate for assistance in the baby aisle. NO ANSWER! NOW, I have no choice but to walk to the register's and ask for Manager. More bad service continues as I am met with a Supervisor instead of the Manager. Supervisor Malee indeed tried to help me as best as he could, actually searched for the item and yet, still no item WHICH SAID IT WAS IN STOCK ON THE TARGET APP. He then called the Lake Mead Target store to have them hold the item for, yet there was mishap with that as well where they had to transfer him twice for whatever reason. At that point I advised him to not worry about it and went to go check out my other items. MORAL of my complaint is, tonight I experienced horrific service at Target of all places, I felt like I was getting Walmart...

The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because of my overall visit from stepping foot through the doors grabbing a basket to check out. I am particularly wanting to make it known Mikki went above and beyond to extend excellent customer care when we passed by her grabbing some things for our kiddos. I was not able to grab the young lady’s name, wearing an associate black shirt, who was supposed to be the greeter but she made eye contact with me and looked away with a scoff. She was of Anglo descent with blonde hair. She was talking to another associate, male, with a hat and long hair kind of tall. He spoke but the young lady did not. Walking through the store overall, beside our cashier who was African American and Mikki, was an overall scolding of our presence there as an African American family. However, we refused to be bullied because of the color of our skin which is something we have no control over. I can overcome the other customers who act like that but associate who act like this and are representing a brand known nationwide, it’s important for me to express my experience because my buying power is just as good as anyone else. I hope some type of training is provided for the staff of this stores location on inclusion and treating people how they’d like to be treated. I am an African American conservative and believe in forgiveness. Hopefully this review will grab the attention of decision makers that will address...

So I goto a lot of stores around town on a daily basis. I Buy and sell Clearence items and deliver them for free. I was in this target tonight and have never felt so good about how 2 different employees treated me tonight. Now the only thing is i didn't get there names,I will do my best to describe them so hopefully they will get recognized by Target. The first was a a cute blond working Stationary down the main isle. I was looking for number and letter Stencils. We both looked where they would be. After I walked away,she came a isle or 2 over to tell me where else I could check and after that she came and found me once more to tell me somewhere else to check. Now to me that goes above and beyond.

The next guy worked back in electronics. I am always disorganized and I had 3 Clearence toys and my phone and who knows what else I had. I pasted several employees and no one said anything to me. This guy saw me wondering and asked if I needed help finding anything. I aaid no I am just Clearence shopping. Ok no big deal he was doing his job. Then he asked if I needed a cart or a basket and walked me to some baskets he had by electronics like I said i go into stores every day, multiple stores a day and my hands are always full and nobody ever...
