Please do not give this location your business. I ordered ahead through their website and paid over $50 for three smoothies and a couple flatbreads. When I arrived, only one smoothie and the food was made and they said they did not have what was needed to make the other two. I requested the price of the two I did not get to be refunded; I'd ordered them for other people who specifically asked for that flavor and did not want them to make other types of smoothies as substitutes. Juliet (spelling?) was the employee who was there- from the get go she was extremely rude and once I asked for my money back for the two smoothies I did not get, she said they couldn't just do that since I ordered and already paid online, and made a call to her manager. After over hearing her calling me "a problem" on the phone to her manager, she came back out and said she was instructed to charge me an additional $16.67 in store for the price of two smoothies, and then she'd refund me back that... So then, I'd be paying a total of over $70 for a $50 order, and only refunded $16.67... I confirmed with her that's what she intended to do, as she rolled her eyes and talked to me as if I was scum on the bottom of her shoe. I asked her multiple times if she would accept paying extra and getting no money back for items she did not receive, and all she kept saying was that she couldn't refund me anything of the original check since I paid online, and that "I was still getting the one smoothie and food"... I was in shock at not just the rudeness (I've unfortunately come to expect that from so called customer service employees nowadays), but her blatant ignorance in not realizing that I'd be leaving without over $16 of smoothies I'd already paid for, and no refund. She called a shift lead named Brandon who was supposed to be coming in at 7pm, an hour from when I was there. I spoke to him on the phone explaining everything, and he told me to come back in an hour when he came on shift and being all the receipts they gave me, along with the food and the one smoothie I was given. So, an hour later about 5 after 7pm I came in, they informed me the shift lead Brandon I'd talked to on the employee's phone wasn't there. I waited and he came in at 7:30. He told me that he didn't know why she had charged me an additional $16.67, and refunded me that (rightfully so, as that charge was for two additional smoothies I never even ordered) - but he also told me I'd have to call the customer service line to get a full refund for my original order, and he took back the one smoothie and food I'd brought back. He gave me the name of their store manager, Mara, who he said he would also notify, but who didn't work until 3 days from now. I said I'd be calling to follow up with her, after trying to contact their customer service to get a refund for my original online order.
I can understand that with chains, if you pay for something online, there's not always a guarantee that if something goes wrong they'll be able to refund you at the store; however the overwhelming condescension and rudeness of Juliet, and then on top of her horrific attitude and demeanor, her inept action of charging me even more money, was beyond unacceptable. It was clear from the get go that she seemed miserable to be working there and has no customer service skills, maturity, or even basic understanding of math to try to help me with my situation. And, if she could not rectify my order and refund, she did not even offer to refer me to the appropriate customer service line. Neither did the shift lead Brandon, he told me to look up the number for them online.
I should have read the reviews on this location before giving my hard earned money and time to them, because sadly, many reviews reflect terrible experiences like mine. It's extremely sad and makes me wonder why they employ such miserable, entitled people, and why getting a customer service issue rectified is made to be so difficult. If I can prevent one person from wasting their time and money here, then that is at least...
Read moreRestrooms are not open to PAYING customers! TERRIBLE "POLICY". I was having a medical emergency this morning. The target was closed, and I knew things were not going to end well if I didn't let my body relieve itself soon! I couldn't think straight, and my head was spinning. I begged the employee for the code to the bathroom, and she said it wasn't open to the public. I assumed she thought I was homeless or a druggie so I offered to buy something, I tried to explain, but clearly, I was a mess and having a bad day. She still said no, even if I bought something. So I told her fine. I just need to sit at a table while I call an Uber. I was clearly not feeling well, and I already backed off. But this employee had the nerve to call her manager and say she was having an issue with a customer. Girl, bye! I already told you I was leaving and you're over here calling your manager because...?? Even though I apologized a hundred times and told her I'll be gone soon, she tried to suggest I go to McDonald's across the street. Are you kidding me? Now you're kicking me out? Girl, this situation was not that serious. So, back off! I was already leaving! Whatever... Terrible! I literally work fast food, and this was seriously so awful to do to a person. Whatever. I just hope nobody gets seriously hurt from that terrible policy. It...
Read moreI came in tonight hoping to get something to fill me up on the road before getting dinner later that night. There was one cashier running the place. I ordered 4 drinks and had a special request for one of them. 20 minutes laters 3 out of the 4 drinks got brought out and then I was told that my special request drink could not be made. This was fine and I just asked if the normal drink could be made and they said yes. Another 20 minutes pass and I have now seen multiple customers get their drinks by this time. So a total of 40 minutes by now and I go up to the cashier to check on my drink, there was now two cashiers and I simply asked if they were still making my drink and the new cashier was rude, commenting “you think were gonna leave you hanging?”. I said okay I’ll wait a little longer. 20 more minutes passed so now I have been there an hour and I was beyond frustrated. I have never ever walked out on a place. It after an hour of waiting and the ridiculous customer service I decided to leave. As I was leaving, the first cashier ran out with my drink asking if I wanted it still and I said no, wasn’t even offered a refund or anything. The employees were terrible and management reflects as well because how can you have these consistent reviews, and have a dirty place. Unreal will be calling...
