Best Customer Service you could ask for! My son had been asking for a particular game that was hard to find...we found out they had it at this location but they closed in 20 mins and we were coming from Boulder City. We called to have them hold it and raced down there. We pulled up at exactly 9pm and as my 12 yr old pulled on the door and it didn't open... I saw his heart sink. š£ He gave a desperate little knock and a guy came over... My son (hollering thru the locked door) explained a game was held for him and after going to check, the guy came back and to my shock and AMAZEMENT, he opened the door and let him in! Any other store would usually send a snot nosed little fungus to stick their face to the door and give the ol' "we're closed...come back tomorrow". They clearly have no idea what it's like to watch your baby's world just crumble around him! And that was definitely the look I saw when that door didn't open...but not this time! This dude was an angel and let him right in. A few minutes later, he came out with a grin on his face like he just won the lottery! These guys could have told us to piss off but, they were kind enough to stay an extra 5 minutes and make my kids whole month! The guy who helped him was named Dallas- at least that is the name on the receipt- and there was also a girl there that helped find the game and he thinks her name was "jules" or Julie. I wasn't that upset until I got back to the store and the girl was closed. She seen me as she was counting down the register. I managed retail so I get not opening the door while counting. However you can clearly see i am the one that just left. I was hoping she would close her drawer, open the door, ask me what is wrong and then maybe hand me some other headphones the ones I originally had picked up (same price) and then she could have done the exchange tomorrow.
Instead I had to rush home and try to find the receipt. Then I realized I didn't get one. Had to go to Walmart to see if they had a converter. They did not but their other location did. Just got home after 2 hours of trying to fix this situation.
