I had purchased a electric recliner 10 month ago. Loved.the chair. I had a small problem that at the time a different manager was there, promised he would take care of it. Since then they are now on the 4 th manager since January 2017. All promising they would make things right. On October 24th 2017 I recieved a call from a guy named ROCKY. He told me he was the new sales manager. Before I gave him a chance to tell me why he called I told him of everything that occurred. And that I will never buy from them again.He to again promised to rectify my complaints. Let me tell you this man is AMAZING. He sent out a Technician named EDWARD who is also AMAZING.Edward took extra time at my home really checking out the chair before he left he to promised it well be fixed. Today October 31 2017 Rocky called me. He and his regional manager are delivering another chair. I had not wanted anything other than to try to fix my chair. I went into Aaron's today looking for replacement TV remote but the store didn't carry the TV brand I needed. Mandi C. took time to look up the brand I needed and even checked the other stores inventory. Even though I had to go elsewhere to get the remote, I enjoyed talking with Mandi.
