Hobby Lobby — Local services in Hendersonville

Clean, organized store. On 1/7/2019 their supply chain shipment ran late which resulted in freight being on the floor. This is atypical. I had difficulty finding the price of an untagged item even after the Associate identified its location and sku#. Two additional items were on the shelf as well - without price tags. It took 3 associates more than five minutes which is a long time considering they each were using the Hobby Lobby app on their phones and had zero connectivity issues.

If 5 Stars is 100% then on this date they performed at 80% because of the two issues. That's why I rated this store 4 Stars. Usually this store performs better.

I will add that I personally like the policy of a Six Day Work Week. Hobby Lobby is closed on Sundays. Somehow, if I need something from Hobby Lobby, I managed to purchase it on one of the six days they are open. I honor Hobby Lobby's commitment to a day of rest for all employees...

I went to Hobby Lobby with the intent of having 2 pictures my husband and I own framed. It had been a long time since I was there (back when hobby lobby was in the rivergate area). One of the pictures was a standard 8 x 10 size and finding a pre-existing frame was not a problem. The other picture was a custom size. When I found out what the cost would be, I was amazed at the $$$signs attached to the custom size. I chose to cut down the picture about 1/4" so it would fit a standard size frame. I did choose to have a new back placed on both frames and a wire backing on both. Overall the people treated me as if I had spent the high $$$ price on a custom frame. Their customer service was excellent! Well worth giving Hobby Lobby consideration for your pictures which...

This is such a fun place. Literally there for #allday. You just cant help yourself. I knew I'd be here all day. Went for 2 things. I didnt even make it past a certain section an spent hours in this section. Lost my friend when we walked in....lamo but it was all good. Had to make myself go check out an put stuff in car. Then went back in to get get what I originally went for. It was a good time. I tell ya what ya just cant stop looking at stuff. I haven't even unloaded my trunk. If you think you cant do anything or dont get into DIY projects your butt will find something you can an will do before you get outta there....
