Edit* this ended up being a HORRIBLE experience. The delivery window ended up being very short even though we had to special order a cal king mattress. We were happy. On delivery day a man named Jason (warehouse manager) cane to set up, but soon after we were told that unfortunately that they could not disassemble our sleep number bed that we hated. Even though it was told to the associate at SO that this is the mattress we had. First time communication was poor. Needed leaving that day with our new bed still on the truck. Then I had to go through a whole mess with sleep number where we got confirmation that they do not have to be the ones to disassemble: SO agreed to come back out and disassemble the bed as long as I signed a waiver that they were not liable for the bed frame. Fine, new crew came out and pulled up to wrong house across the street and started using profanity complaint about the ladies at the office. This is all the while being 2 hours passed delivery window with no call, we had to call and find out why. They then came in and AGAIN WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT DISSAMBLING BED FRAME and were not equipped with the tools to do so. My husband had to go and get drill and help disassemble the old/new sleep number frame. They got that moved into garage. Next they bring in a frame in a plastic bag with loose parts which we thought was strange but didn’t think anything of it, then one of the crew comes out and asked if our actual bed was a cal king. We said yes why? That’s what we just dissembled from sleep number. They go on to say that it doesn’t fit.
Long story short they sent us a used warehouse king size tempurpedic bed frame not our special ordered cal king bed frame. It does not fit in our bed and we’re now told that it’s atill in the warehouse on Huntsville, al and cannot be delivered until Monday and that we will have to put our brand new tempurpedic mattress on the floor to sleep and there is nothing that can be done. So my question is when the guy Jason came to deliver 2 weeks prior what was on the truck then. The same janky USED BED FRAME? Why would I spend $11k on a brand new mattress and fancy bed frame for it to be the wrong size and then go through a thousand excuses as to what happened.
All in all Victoria was still great and she deserves her full commission because she was so concerned and genuinely cared about all the hassle we went through just to get a bed delivered. But I do believe there should be compensation for what we went through with this company and this delivery. Againit was horrible

Read moreThis was a horrible experience, started off good, went very very down hill from here. Do not buy from them especially if you are looking for tempurpedic. While one associate Victoria was nice to us, the other woman was rude even to Victoria. Then nightmare after nightmare, got called about 6 times, delivery days changed 3 or 4 times, then delivery came and they could not take our bed apart, so they had to come back, this is the boss mind you. Then after that happened they came back again, brought us used furniture, wrong size, the unloaders were swearing outside our house, talking about how they hate their job, their bosses are dumb and don't do anything for them and how they wanna quit. the boss said well what do they want us to do, you have the wrong stuff, deal with it. I had to physically take the sleep number bed apart, they had zero tools, they could not even take apart a regular bed unless it was a cheap fold out frame. I contacted back and forth with sleep outfitters, they blamed Jason and devon, devon and Jason blamed sleep outfitters, and the solution was oh we can get you a free pillow which I never wanted in the first place. why help local companies when I could have gotten this online and quicker and better service. then we called sleep outfitter two times customer service, no response, the 3rd time I got ahold of someone, told them the situation and the response was, well looks like you are set up for tomorrow so what else you want me to do. he said his boss was gone so I would have to wait to talk to them. we spoke to him the next day and he was friendly. the bed was put together horribly, wires hanging everywhere, they bring people in our home that are swearing and I don't feel safe with them here with my wife and daughter unless I am here pretty much hiring straight off the streets. very disappointing. again, do not buy from this place, for $11K not worth it, and not to mention they overcharged me by $400 to start with and I had to go back and get the paperwork redone. Read moreEDIT: we bought the split king with the smart adjustable base. We really like the bed, but the one downfall is the mattresses slid apart pretty easily. We came in to ask about it and they scheduled a service call. The guys came at 7:30 (about 15 minutes earlier than expected - I appreciate the punctuality) and were gone by 7:35. They came just to tell me that sometimes this happens but they can’t do anything. They suggested putting velcro on the base/mattress to keep them from sliding apart. I don’t think it seems like a big deal, but when you pay $7,000 for a new, fancy bed, you shouldn’t have any complaints. I understand this is more of a design flaw and not any one persons fault, but just to throw it out there if you are looking. We are still overall happy with the service we received!
My boyfriend and I came in just to look and we honestly didn’t even want to interact with anyone, we just wanted to look. After a bad experience with a salesman at another store we were skeptical. It didn’t take Victoria long to win us over! She let us do our own thing for a little bit and then followed up. She worked with us to find something we both liked after talking with her, we left with a new bed, base, sheets, protector AND pillows, the WORKS.
