Horrible service, took us 10 minutes to be brought to a table. Took 20 minutes for us to receive our food. They forgot about our drinks. We reminded them and after 10 minutes we finally received them only for them to give us all water. We ordered two teas, a lemonade, and a water. After correcting them for the third time, we finally received the correct drinks 35 minutes into our meal. The waitress was not the least bit sorry. They also just didn't explain anything to us. When we were confused they just didn't say anything. My sisters showed visible confusion at the menu and were not helped by the waitress who stood there watching. Next, they brought our eggs which went with our meals 40 minutes into our meal. One of them did not have a visible yolk and the other egg was served by a waiter who whispered what it was. My dad was not sure what it was and the waiter did not respond, it did not take until the other waiter came to ask the waiter what they were saying and said it louder. Overall 4/10 experience, please train your employees better, Bonfire. Everything else was alright, but the service was...

I have previously been to Bonfire. The first time I went was right when it opened and they were excited to see customers. This time however that was not the case. I showed up right on time to get some lunch and the doors were locked. So I went to Hobby Lobby and Tuesday Morning still wanting to go back. I went in around 11:10 for lunch. The lady at the hostess desk was unfriendly. She asked if she could help me, but didn’t look up or seem to care. I simply asked if it was a seat your self and she rudely said no. (I only asked because she was giving to signs someone would be there to seat me.) A waitress walked up and sat me. I was treated somewhat kindly by her and my food came out quickly. It was pretty good. Not like it was when the restaurant first opened. I think two times is all I came give this place. It’s never packed and I’m not sure how...

Beautiful restaurant, amazing chefs for their assistance, and okay food. But.... if you have never been to a place like this or have a cooking background, it would be easy to make a disaster. I'm going to take a moment to compare to genghis grill on this. No suggestion cards for spices and sauce with certain meats. We were not a priority at the host /checkout desk. (We were told to wait a minute while she finished doing whatever it was behind the counter, and no. It wasnt money or a phone call). And clearly there is no dress code. I know it's not 5 star dining, but for the level of the decor and atmosphere, neon unkempt hair on one server and tattered leggings on another. And seriously. 4 tables dining at the time and we had to play flag a server to get taken care of. I'll make the 10 minute drive across town next time I'm interested in...

Could be a little cleaner, thus giving it four stars instead of five. My menu had gross sauce stuck to it & our table had crud on it The build your own bowl is a fantastic experience!!! One could almost fill like a chemist mixing powders and sauces and other elements (food). The grill is open so you can watch the chef cook up your food. Plenty choices of add ins and sauces and spices & TONS of meat choices (protein ) Spring roll appetizer is quick & yummmmm Our service was quick & friendly. Plenty parking There are suggested “bowls” or build your own. There is a bar. This is a must try! The value is worth it.

I had been looking forward to trying Bonfire for a few weeks. You sit and place your order for the size bowl and if you want noodles or rice. Then you go up to a buffet style line and fill your bowl. It was just hard to get over the condition of how the food looks raw and slapping it all together into the bowl. Overall it was just OK. It's not bad and it wasn't knocking no socks off. You can get a pretty good size portion and a large was enough to get full and another full portion or more at home. You do pay for that portion. A large bowl was around 15 bucks. For my wife, 2 kids, and myself was 90 bucks.

Excellent place to get exactly what you like... Bonfire Mongolian Grill is a wonderful place to have a great meal with friends and family. You get to pick what you want and load up a bowl with your favorite meat, vegetables, sauces and spices. A chef will cook it all up with your personal selection of noodles. Once the dish is cooked a server will bring it out to you. This restaurant has ample seating and can accommodate large groups. There is also a full size bar with access to almost any type of drink. During our visits the servers have been very helpful and attentive.
