Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Hendersonville

I so wish I could give this a good review, but unfortunately after many repeated visits and the service/ outcome of our orders, I have to say I am not satisfied or have high hopes for change. It's seems to take over 45 mins + for pizza to be delivered no matter the time. Also the outcome of our order had never been expected the extra sauce you order never seems to be in with your order so I always double check. Below I attached a photo of some garlic bread sticks I had ordered along with pizza for pick up. After waiting the 20 mins I arrived to get my order and was told it was going to be another 10 15 mins or so. I could see that they were busy so I was fine with the wait. When my name was called and they showed me my order the pizza looked fine but the breadsticks were plain. I had then politely informed the lady that I had ordered garlic breadsticks, she said ok I will correct that for you! I said thank you and waited. Upon return she shows me my garlic breadsticks and they are the same ones from before but with garlic sauce squirted on them. In shock I politely asked if they could just make me new breadsticks as this was not correct. The lady agreed and said it would be a little wait and I said that's fine no rush! When she returned they did come out correctly this time and I thanked her. The service was not at par, I know they were busy but that to me so not acceptable, the lady was also not very concerned about how they turned out and did not really seem to apologize. This was by far the worst experience we have had, but I will still support this...

Husband/wife review:: My wife had placed in order for delivery earlier after the order had gotten here we realized it was missing the banana peppers and just had a couple black olives tossed onto it so we decide to call and let the store know. At first my wife couldn't get through she was hung up on twice the third time she was asked to wait for the manager. She waited 27 minutes and then I called and all of a sudden I got through after which the manager apologized and asked if we would like the pizza remade and we agree, I mean sounds good then asked if we like it delivered or pickup. I already paid for delivery and if I wanted to go pick something up I would have but I digress she told me it would take a bit as wait time was an hour and a half. Its Friday I get it so I'm OK with that. So after 2 hrs I call to see whats up well I guess since I wanted it delivered they decided not to do it as I call back and bring it up that its been 2 hours and apparently they didn't bother to remake or let me know it wouldn't be delivered and just asked if I wanted a refund so now its right at ten o clock and I need to get something else and since I ordered just before 6 I was looking forward to that pizza after 4 hours we're pretty hungry. Would give zero stars if I could. Don't count on your pizza being ready on time, and expect someone else to get it. Ordered 2 pizzas yesterday for pick up. ETA was 15-25 minutes. Arrived about 20 minutes later only to be told it needs about 5 more minutes. No biggie. I knew we might still be a little early. Pulled into a parking spot, waited about 5 minutes, went back around. One pizza was ready. The other one....nowhere to be found. They couldn't "find the tag" for it and after about 10 minutes waiting at the window, two workers (I guess it takes two...) came back to say "Well I guess a driver picked up the wrong pizza maybe. We can make you another one." Oh gee thanks! You mean you can get my order how I, well, ordered it? So I get asked to pull around and wait about 10 minutes. So now I've got my first pizza sitting there on the counter for 10 minutes getting cold, with at least another 10 minute wait as they remake the other one. Long story short, 55 minutes later, I drive off with the two pizzas I ordered that should have been ready in 15-25. I did get offered a couple of free garlic sauces. Yay. I thought Pizza Hut was bad but this visit to Papa Johns might just have me...
