If I could leave zero starts for this store and ATT, I would. My challenges started back on Sept 18th. I ordered Fiber and 3 new phones lines of service. A week later they came to install my fiber and there was an issue. I was told I would be updated, and it would be about a week. Received one update at 7 days saying it was taking longer than expected and then nothing. I went to the store 3 weeks later and they could do nothing to update me. I had to make multiple calls to get update. They informed me they were good to go and install date was set. Nothing had changed. It took two more visits to get the install completed. Meanwhile, I received a random email saying all my new phones I had ordered had been cancelled. When I went back to the store to inquire, they just basically told me I cancelled them (I never even logged on) and it was my problem. This then dropped the value of all my trades and later in the process I had a hardware issue with one of my trades, costing me even more due to the delays. My most recent interaction with the store and ATT have been just as bad. I went in to get my Fiber and Wireless to show on same log-in (that were ordered together), because Fiber was not on same auto pay. Nobody in store could help. I was told to call in. They were no help either and barely understandable. Finally, I figured it out from google search. Today I went in to return 1 of 2 Apple Watches on the same receipt because my husband's could not be set-up on work phone. The receipt was very confusing. One watch was $100 and other was $299. I opened the one that was tied to the $299 by mistake. Even though they were purchased together, there was nothing āLeoā would do to help refund the more expensive one. He had no interest in even thinking about trying. I had many people warn me not to switch to ATT. I really wished I had listened to them. I dread being in a contract with them now and wish I had run when the problems first started. It has cost me so much time and money. Donāt waste your time thinking the store can help you...

It seems like a place people want to be instead of having to be, as far as jobs go. The store is well maintained and even if no one is available to help you right away, they let you know how long it would probably be; plus there are lots of different phones tablets accessories and gadgets to peruse while you wait.
Today I went in to hand over my trade in and was helped by an amazing woman who talked to me about her child and asked questions and got smiles out of my baby while the computer was doing itās thing for my trade in. little things like that are what make me value a location. Itās a 20 min drive to this store, versus one thatās 5 min away from me, but this Hendersonville store is so much better in terms of employees. We were previously helped by a younger guy who talked cars with my boyfriend and helped us setup a different plan for a lower rate with more benefits. And another guy who was so funny helped us understand our bill and broke it down for us even with 6 different devices on the plan and individual charges for each device plus the plan itself. All in all we are thankful to have a great spot to go to when we need help...

In the beginning of set up at the AT&T store in Hendersonville the sales rep added all the discounts and promos to this tablet line instead of my wife's main line she has had for years. After receiving some bills we talked multiple time with AT&T about this error. As long as we have the TABLET line all the billing was actually correct. So, upon our cancellation of the TABLET line, and explaining multiple times of their error we finally got to the cancellation department. And again we have To explain everything over again. So the lady does her stuff and explain she will cancel the line and goes over the new charges and even gives us a loyalty discount. So we ask her to email this new info so we will have a record of it. SURPRISE! Well the cancelled line Service but mot the billing. Matter of fact they increased the bill up to $45 a month and increased the other 2 phone line bills. So they want to Charge up for a line we no longer have any service on . And our bill increased by $75. Not today AT&T. See ya we are immediately looking for a new provider. And we will no longer sit on the phone for an hour waiting for a supervisor. Maybe one will...
