While on a winery trip my 2015 Ford F-250 diesel suddenly lost all turbo power and my truck went into low power limp mode. I was 3 hours from home with a truck full of people at 3 pm and no way to really get my problem resolved without a tow to my home town or staying overnight in Hermann or a very slow drive home possibly at the expense of my engine. I scanned the code at the local auto parts store and their scanner was not advanced enough to find the problem so I went to this dealership in the hopes that they could help get me back on the road. They were booked up for several days and said so but when they heard that I was from out of town and unable to wait that long they got my truck in to look at it within 30 minutes of me showing up. They were able to get me on the correct path to figuring out what the problem was and they didn’t even charge for the diagnosis which I feel was extremely gracious of them. In the end they couldn’t get the part I needed without me staying overnight so I did have to limp the truck home but that is not their fault in any way. The customer service was great and they were very nice to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a repair in the Hermann area...

I want to share a very positive experience at Hermann Ford. During a routine maintenance visit at Hermann Ford, we were told that a valve cover may be leaking and received a quote to fix it. We left and I decided to get quotes from other Ford dealers.....huge mistake! Laura Ford in Sullivan didn't even pick up the phone, Hutchinson Ford in St James quoted $2000 because it was probably a cracked valve cover.....hmmmm. So we got a much cheaper quote from Hermann Ford, so we scheduled the repair. During repair visit we were notified by their service dept that it looks like a much simpler, much cheaper issue of the pcv valve hose seal was bad. $100 fix. This is the ONLY dealer that I will be going to from now on. Anyone else would have done easy repair and charged for expensive repair. Thank you! Totally recommend...
