Oh Michael, you would say that! After you and Bobby the two people who made it feel like a witch-hunt. I had a witness sitting in the car next to me, listening to your entire abuse. And even after I asked you what property you were shouting at me about, you wouldn’t answer, it was a threat after threat. Why don’t you give me your license number, so that I can make a real complaint, and not to you A LIAR!
9/28/2025 This is the most unprofessional, rude, abusive agency by far! I received a text from Zillow that there will be a showing of an apartment I’ve kept an eye on for 3 weeks. The reason it took so long is because when I called regarding it the first time through the app, it prompted me to this agency and a rude woman called Bobby answered. She then asked me what I was doing at the address (apartment building) and rudely told me to leave immediately, because there were tenants still living there. Of course I turned and left, thinking it was a mix up. So today I was sure the apartment was ready for me to see. There was no one driving through the gate (the only entrance) and after sitting in my car for a while I tried calling through Zillow. It prompted me to an answering machine and I left a message that I could not get inside and what should I do? I eventually followed a car got inside the apartment. There was an open house and so I got a chance to see it inside with no furniture or tenants. There was a traffic of other people, couples who came to see the apartment. Satisfied, I left and started driving towards home. And this is when Bobby called me. She started accusing me of getting inside an apartment illegally. She kept asking me for names of people who let me in. And even though I told her there was an open house She continuously accused me of getting in illegally using abusive language. After I hung up on her several times, she gave my phone number to a man, a stranger who claimed that the apartment was his. He started shouting at me and didn’t stop for me to find out what is going on. He used an abusive demeanor saying that if I don’t give up the names of people who let me inside his apartment illegally, he was going to call the police. He then started repeating himself stating that he will give me in to the police. As I couldn’t speak to him, I hung up on him a few times because he kept calling me dialing my number over and over again. I was shook up, speechless and kept asking him what exactly they were accusing me of? For illegally getting into my property, he said. But there was an open house and there were lots of people, I said. Why did you decide to single me out and accuse me of something I didn’t do? He would not listen. So I hung up. After 7 phone calls to me from these people I called them insane. Came home so emotionally tired, angry and helpless that my blood pressure was spiking up. Seriously, don’t...
Read moreThis was actually our second time renting with this property manager. The first time we had arrived to a dirty home, but we decided to give it another shot because the dates for this property worked for us, and we liked the location and layout/decor pictured in the listing. The home itself is very beautiful and the location is great. However- when we arrived at the property the house wasn't cleaned, it was obvious- dirty appliances, sand and hair throughout the kitchen, dirty used showers, dirty BBQ grill and dirty grill tools sitting outside, glitter all over the upper deck and back patios, long dark hairs in all the beds, burned logs and ash in the fireplace, stained dingy bedding and towels throughout. (This property requires you to wash and put away your own towels which is probably why the linen cabinet was a disheveled mess with tons of unfolded messy towels jammed inside). We immediately let the property manager know this and he pushed it off and seemed completely inconvenienced by our calls, saying he needed to get to his dinner reservation- they did end up sending a cleaner the next day so we had to be out of the property for several hours- but we appreciated their efforts to try to make it right. Master bedroom king bed also only had one king-sized pillow, one small flat pillow and when we asked for king-sized pillows it took two weeks before anything was replaced (so bring your own pillow if you plan to stay here). There were multiple TV's not working including the main living room TV; when we followed up with the property manager after multiple days of the TV's not working he said, "you guys must watch a lot of TV”, we could have done without the commentary to say the least. It took over 2 weeks to get the main TV fixed and working. It’s fair to say, they did drop off two huge boxes of brand new sheets and towels, but we spent the better part of a day of our vacation removing the packaging and washing them so they could be used. The manager sent his cleaning crew a second time during our stay to remake the beds and tidy the home as a consolation for this, but it required another day where we couldn’t be in the home for them to work. All in all, a really beautiful home on a nice street, nicely decorated, but poorly managed. We would not rent from this...
Read moreReally disappointing experience from beginning to end. Stayed for 1 month in December 2021. It started poor and got worse. First of all had to chase staff on day of arrival for check in details as our property manager forgot to send despite me reminding three times in advance that week. This was particularly frustrating given we had a toddler with us. Property itself was fine, there were a number of issues (TVs didn’t work, dishwasher didn’t work fully, previous tenants stuff still there) but was willing to overlook.
Real problems came when leaving the property. Contract states that security deposit will be returned in 14 days, it took 25 to get mine. Again this was despite multiple chasers well in advance of the deadline. When the security deposit finally arrived numerous expenses had been subtracted that I had not been consulted on. Among those a $125 fee for a garage remote that we never took receipt of (no inventory list on arrival). Furthermore we were charged $89 because we moved one of the beds to be landscape facing so that we could fit our baby’s crib in (again no mention of this cost in the contract) and lastly we were charged $40 paint touch up fees which is laughable given we were there for 1 month. When I tried to contact the company about wanting to discuss these subtractions I was met at first with no response and then an unwillingness to discuss stating “it was already done so nothing you can do about it”. Incredibly rude and frustrating experience.
All in all not worth the hassle, would recommend to go with a more professional service. Also expect some sort of rebuttal from the company to this review but I have every conversation on text so if anyone would like more proof before making their decision do let me know and...
