Municipal Parking Structure — Local services in Hermosa Beach

Super easy parking right near the beach! I went on a weekday night. So I assume the weekend and summer might be a different story.

My main reason for parking here was to take advantage of the EV charging station. The chargers are located on the top floor closer towards the ocean. The charger I used was the EVGo station and it was working perfectly. You still have to pay for parking even if you’re charging your car. And there are plenty of signs to remind you of that.

The parking garage is conveniently located just a short walk to all the main restaurants and bars.

Father’s Day weekend, was super packed early. Parking full and to make it worse, it’s one way in and one way out. Once you reach the top floor you have to make a tight u turn to go back down. We were fortunate enough to find one open spot but saw how messy the traffic jam got when we were leaving. It’s about a $1.50 or so per hour and right off the beach and next to the shopping stores. Standard parking structure that's right by the water. It's a pre-pay lot, so note your parking spot number so you can pay. There are pay stations on every floor, so make sure you don't forget, as once you've parked you're liable to pay. Waiting until you get back from the beach will get you a ticket. Spots are a normal size, and there is exposed parking on the roof. Be aware it can get full quickly...
