Amazing Shopping experience! I was speed shopping for my brother last minute Christmas gift around 7:40pm the most friendly staffs and the store manager Pierce was quick with his service & very trustworthy.- I had trouble looking for a size L Polo black Teddy bear sweater ,and he quickly found it in the back room immediately! The store manager Pierce was fantastic from start to finish everything was beyond expectation. He made a special gift box for my gift. Unfortunately the Polo outlet isn't much of an outlet any longer. Prices for a polo shirt are double what they used to be... currently $110. The quality of the clothes is great but the "outlet" price is crazy high. Basically full retail. You might as well just go to TJ Maxx. The selection is very limited to what it used to be. The Only reason why I gave three stars is because I love Ralph Lauren and this store always has wonderful collection that you get lost around. But the associates 🙄 are barely working, seem like they hate what they are doing never greet or say good bye or ask you if you need anything as a matter fact two times in one month i shopped there and i had hard time finding anyone around to ask questions or get help from.
