My fiancé needed her ring re-sized quickly, so we took it to this establishment. We received the ring back, and after less than two days one of the small DIAMONDS in the band of the ring went MISSING. After taking the ring back to our original jeweler all the way in Los Angeles, he examined it and discovered that not only did Daniel’s Jewelers break one of the prongs on the ring, causing the diamond to fall out, they over-heated the metal and discolored the engagement ring band. When the engagement ring was held up alongside the wedding ring they were no longer the same color. They were the exact same before we took it to Daniel’s.

This establishment broke my fiancé’s engagement ring. My jeweler in the Los Angeles diamond district says that there is no way that Daniel’s didn’t know that they broke it. There is no way of knowing for sure, but Daniel’s broke it regardless. The lesson I learned: make the effort to go somewhere of higher quality and standards, even if it’s farther away and even if you’re stretched for time. I absolutely love this store! This specific location is by far the most helpful, amazing, friendly and wonderful Daniel’s in the High Desert! I absolutely love Angie and all her help! She is truly a huge blessing and asset to this company and to my shopping needs! She takes time to talk and listen to my life story and is not just a jeweler, but has become a kind friend! Took my wedding ring to get an estimate for a repair. They said the jeweler would have to pick it up and then they would contact me with a price . I left my ring Monday and the jeweler pick it up later that week. That same week I was contact with the price and i decided to go elsewhere. They told me that by next week I would have my ring back. The ring was not given to me until two weeks of me dropping my ring off. When I ask why it wasn’t there all they said I never said whether I want to go forward with the repairs. Not only did I get contacted three times and on those three calls I specifically said no to getting the repairs done. None of the employees I talk to couldn’t give me an answer as to where my ring was ! This was ridiculous you would think they would try to at least communicate with in eachother.
