I ordered flowers for a funeral in Archdale, NC. I paid for the flowers by credit card over the phone. The order was delivered on time. The receipt was sent to me by email.

I arrived at the service the following day. I noticed many flowers that were very beautiful with a great amount of detail in colors and arrangement styles. I examined each flower arrangement and noticed that Ellington’s had created and delivered almost all flowers at the service. I found the arrangement that I had ordered and was very pleased with the size and quality. The cost was reasonable and the arrangement seemed perfect to me.

The order process was very simple and I am very satisfied with the quality and value. I am very impressed with the beauty, color, quality and beautiful design of the other arrangements created by Ellington’s. I definitely plan to use this florist again when possible. I am writing this review not only to recognize Ellington's for doing a great job, but to also thank them for making my Mothers funeral flowers so beautiful. The person taking the order and sitting down with us was very helpful and patient, I am not 100% sure of her name. My mother has been a long standing customer of Ellington's and was the kind of person that wanted things beautiful. I have also used Ellington's for all our grave flowers for Easter and Christmas. They always do a great job on these. I was so stressed about them living up to her expectations, that I woke in the middle of the night and talked to my husband about it. We called as soon as they opened and assured us they would be beautiful. My daughter also ordered a wreath and wanted some "bling" in it for her grandmother. During a time of grief, Ellington Florist and Greenhouse provided comfort through their professionalism and compassion. My mother loved yellow roses and pink peonies and had requested those for her funeral service before her passing. I wanted her arrangements to reflect that. The florist created a beautiful spray that truly captured the look and fullness she loved, even with peonies being out of season. It meant a great deal to our family.

We also requested rose bud sprays for our children, and everything was handled with thoughtful attention. I was especially impressed when the owner reached out to make sure we were satisfied and sincerely expressed her condolences for our family's loss. That kind of personal connection and integrity is rare these days.
