Called store cause i wanted to buy something when worker answered the phone I ask if what I was looking for was in he said let me check and I was put on hold....after hearing nothing but silence for 10 minutes I decided to call back to see if he forgot about me. Well as soon as I call back this time I'm ask to hold right away. so I say yes. After another 5 or 6 minutes I'm like this is crazy so while on hold iI get in my car and drive to the store. After my 10 minute drive to the store still on hold as I walk up to the door it disconnects on its own. I'm thinking this place must be busy. I walk in... there is one customer in the whole store and one worker at the counter joking and laughing with him.....I walk up he say how can I help you... I explain..... he barley says hes sorry before saying, so what did you need. I was beside myself. I ask for a mangers info and owners info...he says,.... get this, let me get him out of the back....so get this there were two works there and one customer and I was on hold for 30 minutes total. This put me over the top... when the manager comes out not only is he less than concerned he mocks my anger and even lunges for at me as to get in my face as he is "explaining"...i tell him to back off... he then goes on to tell me that it was cause they are busy. I'm thinking so busy you are in the back doing nothing.... well i left with only a 1 800 corp number that is closed for now.....I told him I would take to the internet he said...ooooo who cares... To...

I came in today at this GameStop location at 6:40pm of September 27 Wednesday 2023 and I was kick out in a very disrespectful way and how humiliated I was in front of the others customers in their shopping before I came in. I came in with a 3 friends hoping to buy a funko pops but before we came in a family walk in seconds before we came in. Anyways he looks at us and raise his voice at me and told me to get out the store is closing and I’m no longer serving anyone because I haven’t taken my lunch pointing his fingers at me and escorted me out like if I’m a criminal and slam the door and lock it. I told him that was rude and I wasn’t coming back anymore and his reply was to come back 30mins. this has happened to me twice. I have invested my hard working money in that place and it’s always the same guy. I don’t if he’s not happy with his life or whatever issues he has but he had no right to talk to me like that in front of my friends or especially in front of other customers. I’m canceling my membership and I’m not coming back again ever again. He is a tall caucasian with short blonde hair male. He’s crying about a 30min lunch if the work was to hard or something like all you do is sit down and greet customers life if he doesn’t get enough breaks. I’ve been shopping in that place so many and that place is really dead at times and the workers are bored because the store is never busy unless...

Yesterday I stop by to request a refund, and the guy who talked to me was very kind, attentive and caring about my experience with Game stop. I decided not to cancel the plan at that moment because of him and then I went home.

Today, I decided to go and cancel it. A lady took care of my situation but honestly… she was a little bit rude, not kind at all, and very disrespectful. She said that I can’t get my money back, because it was not refundable, and that she cannot do anything in a very provoking way. I was surprised to get that answer but at that precise moment, the guy that talked to me yesterday, entered the store. I rapidly pointed out that he was the one that provided me with great service the day before, and he proceed to cut my conversation off with that lady and help me out. I don’t remember his name (I think he didn’t mention it to me) but he is blonde, like 5’ 8’, with glasses... an awesome guy! I do appreciate his willingness to help the customer. Those are the employees that Game Stop should care about the most, not disrespectful employees. To that guy: Thank you so much for caring about us, your customers! You are the one who makes us happy and willing to get back to you for shopping! You are awesome!

I am giving them 5 stars only because of him. Otherwise, I would rate this Game Stop as 0 stars (if possible) because...
